As everyone mentioned, the rooms are old. Staff really do their very best to keep everything clean and tidy but there's only so much you can clean something so old. Our room was ok; furniture was new but poorly placed and the bathroom looked like something from Silent Hill (horror movie). Sleep is comfortable, and if you don't care much about the room this hotel is ok.

The location is superb. Yes, we've seen the bad reviews, but we chose to come here for the location. Staff was amazing, from the people at the front desk to the gentleman helping us with the luggage and restaurant staff, everyone was amazing! The restaurant manager was very helpful and staff always kept the tables cleared. The room was kept clean, fresh towels and bedding every other day. The pool was also clean and staff maintained it every day. The animation team was also very sweet and made sure everyone had a great time at the pool. As an overall impression, the best things this hotel has are it's staff and location. Upper management should really invest in the building because it's a real shame for its potential. Food was of a less variety than what we've seen at other hotels here, but it was good, fresh and tasty. The snack bar was exceptionally good, with sandwiches, pastries, ice-cream and doughnuts. Drinks were also very good. We loved the coffee here.

Not so many attractions for the children. The air conditioner was making a lot of noise, on the terrace the smell in the night was a nightmare, even though the room was recently renovated the furniture was old,

The staff was very kind, giving us all the information about the hotel, the meals, the beach and the swimming pools, The food was excellent, many dishes and for all the tastes! The room was big enough for 2 adults and one child. The water in the pool was clean and the construction of the pool was child friendly, The position of the hotel next to the beach.

I was disappointed from the first look of hotel, he didn't look as 4 stars hotel and interior confirmed that. Every part of furniture from room was very old and lots of parts not functional. It was very hard to close or open door from wardrobe, safe deposit box broken, doors from bathroom had some paper band to not see how used they are, non-existent soundproofing in the room, we can hear everything from outside and inside of hotel. Another issue was with sun lounges on the beach, we had only 2 sun lounges per room, even we was 2 adults and 1 child with age 13 which is considered adult. For the third sun lounger with umbrella we need to pay 14 BGN extra per day.

Food was acceptable for money we pay. The beach was very close from hotel.

The hotel needs urgent renovation. There are only a few rooms which have been renovated, but the rest of the hotel is trapped in time. This could be a wonderful hotel, if renovated We were transferred to Kaliakra

There is nothing to like except for the location
