This time I was given a room built for handicapped people and it wasn't as pleasant as pervious rooms that I have stayed in.

I've stayed here before and I'll stay again, it's probably the best value for money that you can find in the centre of Sofia! Also, an important factor for me is that it has parking.

Unfortunately, as I have coeliac disease, there were no gluten-free options at breakfast, and the staff didn’t seem prepared to accommodate dietary restrictions.

The location was great, and we really appreciated the option for a late check-in since our flight arrived at night. The staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable.

The parking lot in front of the hotel Is rather small and also the locarion of the hotel is not very attractive.

Be aware if you approach this hotel with a car that the hotel lacks of parking space, and it is almost inevitable to park at the nearby housing estate.

Breakfast is simple, they offer what basically you would commonly get. It is involved in the price if you book your stay with the service, if not, there is a chance to ask for breakfast for a fee if your stay does not involve it. The room was tight and small, but I believe for a business trip it is perfectly enough, the only thing I would personally point out is the showering tray which is open - I know others had already mentioned it - but everything else was perfect. The invoice was done on time, and the staff is kind, the hotel has a restaurant for both lunch and dinner and the traditional food is very astonishing.

Although the rooms are quite big, the soudproofing is not the best it could be. I could hear the resident in the next room but fortunately he was not disturbing me...

The hotel is easily accessible and well located. Private parking is limited but there is plenty of public parking around the hotel and seems safe. The building is relatively new and the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. I booked a single room and the bed was bigger than a single bed and gave me a good nights sleep. Breakfast was adequate and pleasant.

There weren't a lot (in terms of volume) of some of the breakfast items, and the staff were a little slow in restocking things when they ran out.

The surrounding area looks a little "rough" but the hotel is not at all. Staff were all very polite and spoke good English. There is a pub, general store and cafe/restaurant only a minute or two's walk away. I was too late for the cafe/restaurant and didn't go in the pub, but it looked very good. Breakfast was nice and included lots of options, including hot items like scrambled egg and sausage/bacon. Decent enough public-transport links to say it's not right in the city centre.

The only thing we didn’t like was the shower, it is straight on the bathroom floor with a curtain to separate from the test of the bathroom. Which meant that we had to wipe our feet every time we came out of the bathroom after the shower.

The location is great value for money! Clean, comfortable, easy to access, parking is just in front of the building. Definitely a great spot for transit or a longer stay if you need a reasonable place to sleep!

The room didn’t have a terrace, and also it might be a bit noisy in the summer with the window open, but there were no issues during winter. Overall if I need a hotel in the area again, I would visit this one.

The hotel's location is very convenient, and the room was exceptionally clean. It's ideal for 1-2 night stay on busines.

Rooms are way overdue for renovation. From my room I would hear the TV of the neighboring rooms as if it was mine, and other guests’ phone conversations could be heard in the corridor. The young gentleman at the reception was unfriendly and lacked basic professional training when I needed assistance. During the day when I passed by the lobby there was a very well dressed lady (seemingly a manager) who did not deem necessary to greet guests passing, perhaps it was the owner, she acted like one. If not, I suggest to lead by example. You ask for 80 leva ex brkf for a single room, a simple “good day” should be a standard in every hotel reception. If saying that is above your pride, at least smile, it’s hospitality after all.

The restaurant food was great and the gentleman who worked there seemed passionate about what he does. The lady who worked at breakfast/behind the bar was also very friendly. The middle aged gentleman at the reception was always friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable. The location was good as well
