Great location, Friendly staff, spacious family room, comfortable bed

Parking place was a little limited. Breakfast could have had more variety.

Breakfast was decent.

Hotel room was was very dirty, unhygienic and not correspond to pictures published on website. Bathroom full of mold, dirty toilet seat. Bed sheet are old, yellow and dirty

I've stayed here before and I'll stay again, it's probably the best value for money that you can find in the centre of Sofia! Also, an important factor for me is that it has parking.

This time I was given a room built for handicapped people and it wasn't as pleasant as pervious rooms that I have stayed in.

The only good thing is the food in the restaurant and the pleasant young waiter.

I’ve been avoiding writing this review because the hotel is relatively suitable for 1–2 night stays, but this will probably be our last visit here, even though I tried to give them a chance. The rooms are not well maintained – the walls are peeling and so thin that you can literally hear everything from the neighboring rooms. During our recent stays, they started repair works either very early in the morning or – as was the case last time – in the afternoon, when loud noise is not allowed. The icing on the cake during our last stay was the lack of hot water for two days due to maintenance works in Sofia. A hotel with no backup solution for such situations simply doesn’t make sense. In such cases, part of the amount we paid should have been refunded.

Room was good, staff was nice. The food in the restaurant of the hotel was very tasty. Prices were also good. Rooms are for non smokers but they have a small area on the floor where u can go out for a smoke.

The location was great, and we really appreciated the option for a late check-in since our flight arrived at night. The staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately, as I have coeliac disease, there were no gluten-free options at breakfast, and the staff didn’t seem prepared to accommodate dietary restrictions.
