It was a beautiful place to stay at, very close to restaurants and other shops. The beach was right there and the apartments had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly.

The parking was expensive. It should be included in the price like in other countries. Also, the water in the pool was very cold. There were a few days when we couldn’t swim in the sea because of the waves, so the pool would have been a great replacement but sadly, we couldn’t enjoy if for too long. If the water would be warmer we really would consider coming back.

The location is superb, well located on the coast and with a wonderful view.

- Not that necessarily it didn't liked me, but we have received a room at the level 1, which was directly above the children pool. Would have liked to have a room at upper floors to not be so close to the pool. Sometimes the children playing into the pool was noisy and this could be an inconvenient.

White Cliffs is just a great place. The location has amazing views, on top of a beautiful sandy beach with clear water/ Nikolai the manager, is an amazing host, supporting in any way possible, so smiley and you feel like home/ Nice, clean pool, very well maintained by the usage of an underwater robot.

The living room could use a bit more furniture, such as a mirror. I would put new bed sheets on the main bedroom bed.

I liked the surroundings of our apartment: the beach, and the facilities around the pool — bar, shower, WC, and pool. It’s very convenient to reach the beach because the complex has elevators, so you don’t need to climb many steps. I also appreciated the communication with the manager, Nikolay, and the transfer to the complex. He kindly let us stay in the apartment longer on our last day since we had a late flight. They also provided us with a beach umbrella for the whole stay, which was very thoughtful.

The apartment itself was disappointing: corner view of the sea and pool, facing another building, and a tiny balcony with uncomfortable iron chairs and a rusty table. It had a sour smell, and the sofa smelled of urine. One of the sheets was stained, though it was replaced on request. Still, all sheets were too small for the beds, so they wouldn’t stay in place and it was uncomfortable to sleep. The bathroom had mold in the shower and an open dirty hole by the toilet. The kitchen lacked utensils — just two teaspoons for three people, no salad bowl, and no cloth for cleaning. The return transfer was bad: no child seat and reckless driving. We expected a modern, clean room like in the photos, but it wasn’t.

Everything was perfect! Very nice location, clean and quiet. Very nice and clean apartments, fully equipped, perfect for a family with children. We enjoyed very much our stay, especially that the beach is right below. Also the swimming pool very nice and clean. There is a bar also next to the swimming pool and especially in the evening we enjoyed it a lot. Nice music, nice atmosphere for those who are looking for quiet and relaxation. The view to the sea is very beautiful. There is no restaurant to the location, but we did not need it. We went every afternoon, evening to nice terraces, close to the hotel. One thing more, not the last one, stuff is very kind, nice, everytime happy to help you and you feel very comfortable. Thank you, Nikolay for beeing such a nice host! We will be very glad to return to this location!

Good location - beach nearby. Very clean and comfortable, good sized pool. One very good restaurant nearby, also parking is possible on the spot.

TV was not working. Some kitchen utensils and cutlery were not clean.

There’s a bar close by and music can be a bit loud after 12 at night during Friday/saturday. Other than that it was a good trip.

The place is amazing and a great value for money! The pool is clean with gorgeous views of the sea and the beautiful garden, the apartment is confortable and fully equipped!
