Luxury and perfect location!

A great place to stay, a bit of luxury after a long bike ride. The hotel overlooks the Danube and is adjacent to a lovely park. I had a restful stay and enjoyed the location and facilities.

I liked everything

Very clean and beautiful furniture and decor. Smelt divine and lovely and peaceful. The room was lovely. It had everything I needed and more, I came for a funeral and was made very welcome. I highly recommend the hotel!

AC would not go below 22. Front desk first said, " well other people want to be warm." Then claimed that 22 was the limit everywhere in Bulgaria but it's not based on hotel we stayed at in Ruse two days before. Also lobby seemed cooler than the room but it was the response about what other people want which was irrelevant that got me. Also yogurt soup was delicious at lunch then just watery and not cold at dinner.

Comfortable bed, spacious room which was well appointed and had a mini fridge. Good bathroom with plenty of counter space. Beautiful views of the river. Restaurant has river view terrace and some very good food but inconsistent on the food.

We got an actual wooden baby cot, and we really enjoyed the view of the river from our balcony even though our room was not located directly on the river side. Great value for money.

Bring earplugs if you a light sleeper. Just as a recommendation - put some black out curtains.

The had a free room upgrade. The bed was comfortable. A lot of parking places. Breakfast was good, with some typical Bulgarian dishes.

That’s the best place to stay in Silistra. Everything was perfectly clean, the receptionist was really nice, a lovely woman!! Free parking available, really close to the city garden.

We had two rooms: room facing the empty pool area had a water leak from the air conditioning and no view of the river. The other room had a fantastic view and was very large. Price per capsule of coffee is extremely overpriced - should be complimentary. I had sent two messages via booking and e-mail to the property prior to the stay to try to change my credit card number to a different one, but no one responded. The rooms could use some remodeling and additional maintenance. If this is done, it will definitely be a top hotel in Silistra. The bathrooms could use some upgrades (shower curtain or doors around the tub/shower area is recommended.

The air conditioning in the room was inadequate and could not cool the room to a satisfactory sleeping temperature (recognised to be 19°C). Hence, it was far too hot at night. The outside temperature at 23:00hrs was around 33°C. The mini bar was somewhat under stocked. The common areas outside the rooms, had no ventilation and were very hot. Whilst the decor is well maintained, it's begining to look somewhat tired. There is no longer a swimming pool available at this hotel, which would have been welcomed, if it had been working. The breakfast was adequate, but I've experienced better in other hotels. The hotel chose to use a seperate room for breakfast, instead of the restaurant, which was rather cramped. An okay stay, but marred by a hot room and poor air-conditioning at night (the air conditioning is very old and dated).

Structurely, a pleasing hotel, furnishings and decor in reasonable condition for its age. The suite's furnishings and bed were comfortable. There were two good sized, comfortable pillows per guest. Towelling robes were also supplied, in addition to towels. The view from the suite was awesome, looking over the Danube River and Danube Gardens in two directions. The room was cleaned to a good standard. The common areas were also clean and well maintained. There was a large lift, suitable for big baggage and wheelchairs.

Excellent location of the hotel. Staff were very nice. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful view from the spacious rooms. There is a convenient parking on site.
