Extremely satisfied with our stay. The host was very cooperative, responding to our queries very quickly. Clean room, quiet and wonderful place. I recommend this place for a peaceful vacation.

Cooking utensils were poor, no tin opener, wooden spoon etc. WiFi was too slow to stream Netflix or YouTube

It initially seemed clean, but it quickly became clear that it actually wasn’t! The pillows are truly unacceptable — you can’t sleep on them! When you take a shower, the entire bathroom floods! The owner’s attitude before our arrival was not good at all. I believe the price for this room, especially for this time of year (April), is too high.

The room was comfortable and in a great location, with hiking trails starting right next to it!

• Welcome with 1 cm of water on the bathroom floor, due to poorly done (or unfinished) cleaning • Room temperature impossible to manage (25°C at night, forcing us to sleep with windows open and leave them that way during the day) • Slippers not provided as promised • Shampoo and toothpaste left behind by previous guests and nearly empty upon our arrival • Only 1.5 rolls of toilet paper provided for a 4.5-day stay! • No cleaning done during the entire stay. On the first day, when we found a significant amount of water in the bathroom, we were simply told that we had overreacted and could just dry it up using one of the 3 towels we were “kindly” provided (one per person for the entire stay). Cleaning standards are highly questionable • The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable • The studio is full of electric accessory lights, making it look like an airport at night • The bathroom smells like sewage • Ashtray with cigarette butts from previous guests left on the balcony • The host was polite until our arrival, after which he was unhelpful and unprofessional. If this is not a hotel, as he claimed, then make it clear upfront. Do not shy away from challenges, as guests could prepare accordingly or choose to stay elsewhere, considering the price paid • In short, this place may be fine for young people but is absolutely unsuitable for a family of three

I didn't find anything to complain about at the resort. It met all my expectations perfectly.

My family recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic place near Borovets, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The location was perfect – tucked away from the noise and crowd of central Borovets, yet conveniently close to the ski slopes. It offered the best of both worlds, providing a serene retreat while still being within easy reach of the skiing facilities. One of the highlights of our stay was the impeccable guidance provided by Veselin. His directions were clear and concise, making our journey hassle-free. His recommendations for bars and restaurants were spot-on. We followed his suggestions and were thoroughly pleased with the dining options he pointed us towards. As for the accommodation itself, we couldn't have asked for more. The room was not only clean but also incredibly spacious, offering a comfortable and cozy environment to unwind after a day on the slopes. The free parking was just across our window. Our child particularly enjoyed the small playground located in the middle of the hotel yard – a thoughtful touch that added to our overall experience. The restaurant, situated in a separate building adjacent to the pool and fitness center, provided delicious meals in a charming setting. We took full advantage of the facilities, indulging in both good food and enjoyable swims. Overall, our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of a wonderful location, comfortable accommodation, and excellent service made it truly memorable. A special thanks to Veselin for his approachable nature and invaluable assistance throughout our stay – his hospitality was greatly appreciated. We left feeling thoroughly satisfied and would not hesitate to return in the future.
