The room we stayed in felt too small, it can accommodate one double bed, there is no shower curtain in the bathroom, taking a shower felt like a water fiesta. We expected more from the breakfast, e.g. fresh fruits and more variety.

The location is excellent, easy access to the museums, bars, restaurants, the beach, etc. This hotel is clean, the staff was very friendly.

Perfectly located and convenient. Breakfast is not an open bar, more pre-plated meals per person: a freshly baked croissant, coffee, some boiled eggs, toast, and scones which were delicious.

Lack of hairdryer in the room and the fact that shower is not separated from.toilet by anything so a) you end up with eth wet in the bathroom and b) it takes a bit to dry as no even simple equipment is in the room that one could use to dry the floor faster. Once you take the shower, every time you go to bathroom you will have wet shoes and make marks around the room. For some this would not be bothering but for me it was irritating. It would help if description how to enter hotel was a bit clearer. nr 22 seems to be on the building before so i likely bothered some people with an intercome ring. Would be much easier if it was clearly stated that entrance is just next to Sex Shop.

Localisation is very good, right in the middle of the tourist area, and just 6 min walk from bus station .. even with a suitcase. So safe when you arrive late. Nice breakfast and nice personnel but be aware that they do not speak English.

Loved the location, just what we needed - in the heart of of the city and close to the sea garden and beach. Friendly and helpful staff, reasonable breakfast and good coffee. The appartment itself was spacious, it took some time to heat but I guess in summer it will be different :).

It was super cold in the room, and the Bulgarian heaters usually don't heat well. But with the extra blankets it was manageable. The walls were really thin, so I can imagine for people with sleeping issues this can be a problem (I sleep very deep usually). The toast was quite old.

Very good value for money- even if the photos are from the upscale (not the budget) rooms imho. Especially if traveling as a couple. Mattresses are foam, so very comfortable, with extra blankets even in the budget rooms, and toiletries provided. Free tea and coffee available any time. Breakfast is comprehensive: tea, coffee, veg, jam, butter, toast, flakes, milk, nutella, local cheese pastries, olives, ham, sausage, cheeses. Checkin was fast. The lobby has a big collection of English fiction and phantasy books (Reichs, George R.R. Martin, Shades of Grey series,..) The location is BOMB, right in the city centre. It is surrounded by lovely, historic houses and luxury boutiques. Perfect if ure in Burgas for a day and need to buy gifts, or are generally short on time. There are 3 museums I notices a few steps from the hotel as well. And, yes, there IS a sexshop next to the hotel, but I didn't find it problematic, it's very clean looking.

The apartments in the photo seem large, but in reality they are small) You can reach the ceiling with your hand and in the mirror you can see your navel))

There is all the equipment and you can live for several days. But there was one outlet for a microwave, kettle and coffee machine)

First of all, the location. Right next to the main promenade, close to restaurants, cafes and bars, very close to public transport and the beach. The rooms were clean and cosy. The breakfasts were not fancy, but tasty.

The room was a bit on the small side and there was no place for me to dry my beach clothes and towels. I had to use the clothes hanger by the door as the bathroom did not have a window and moisture was staying there.

The room was located right in the center of the city which made travelling very easy. The room was clean and had everything that was described.

Bathroom is a bit small but for the price, and short period stay it was ok. Another thing is that, there's a sex shop right Infront of the hotel which is not a good look for families with little children - I was a bit put off by this

There was a little hiccup when I arrived after midnight due to delayed flight but the hotel did their best to ensure the rest of the stay was comfortable and pleasant

Note that the hotel is in the city centre which makes parking difficult. There are only 2-3 spots in front of the hotel which have to be booked in advance and thy cost 10lv per day. Otherwise the car can be left on the street where the fee is 1lv per hour during the weekdays (the so called "blue zone"), so actually we had to pay only 3lv in total for the whole stay. Both the room and the bathroom were quite small. There was no drying rack which I believe is very useful to everyone who has decided to go to the beach.

The hotel has very good location - at the heart of the city centre. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. There are many restaurants and shops on the main street. The beach is only 10min walk from the hotel. There is breakfast included. The room was very bright and there was air conditioner.

The room was too small for two people. As it was called an aparthotel, what we were expecting was a wide room with all kinds of facilities inside it. Let alone the facilities, there was no place to hang our clothes (2 people). The bed was too small. And the breakfast was too little of variety.

It was super central and so easy to go everywhere, located right in the middle of the city center.

Very noisy from the neighbors; The shower kept dripping and making noises all night and I couldn't stop it; No free parking - the hotel has parking in front and some previous visitors were supposedly allowed to use it for free, however I was asked to pay extra to use it, which i declined; Very basic breakfast with the only fresh produce being one cucumber - no fruits or any other veggies.

The main problem is that there's no lift and it's difficult to find a place to park.
