I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Guest House KEMO in Sapareva Banya. The conditions in the house are excellent – everything is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The prices are absolutely great and even feel low for the quality of service you receive. The host, Bobby, is truly amazing – very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. He makes sure you feel at home and assists with everything you need, whether it’s finding your way around the region, arranging a taxi, or giving useful local tips. His hospitality really made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the guest house offers perfect conditions, excellent cleanliness, and outstanding value for money. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapareva Banya.

Very nice stay, close to Rila Mountains. Very hospitable and helpful owner who helped us with everything that we needed, includinga plug to charge our electric vehicle.

Central location. Decent size. Ac was good. Good for overnight stay of 1 or 2 days. Had kitchen and garden.

Very spacious room close to the city center and restorants. Great location for the 7 Rila lakes. The host Borislav was very nice and helpful.

The place was spotless. The beds comfortable. Lovely little garden at the back that you could use. The host was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again if I was to visit Sapareva banya again.

The host was very communicative and responsive. The location was perfect for visiting the Seven Rila Lakes, Rila Monastery, and several amazing thermal spas nearby. There are also supermarkets and restaurants within easy reach. The apartment was very comfortable and clean—I definitely recommend it! Thanks for hosting us.

It was clean, a really friendly person welcomed us. The beds are comfortable, there was a yard with a room, where you can cook make a BBQ, hang out, which was usable and was great.

We were greeted by the owner's mother who we very much enjoyed talking to via google translate. She was so lovely and helpful! The air-con was on and the room was nice and warm. I liked that there were some comfy chairs for both myself and my friend. A good touch was having a shared fridge in the hallway. It would have been good to have maybe a few bits of cutlery but that's only because we forgot!! Really close to town for walking to, and easy parking on the road outside. Close to the thermal pools, and an easy but icy drive to the chair lift to access Rila Seven Lakes. Easy parking on the road outside.

The accomodation in Kemo house was perfect! Very good location into the town..very clean and comfortable..Bobi, our host is a very nice person! He cares a lot and helped us with everything and he invited us for a drink and food for his wife's name day! We appreciated a lot that the whole family welcomed us.. we definitely recommend the guest house 😁 Thank you a lot for everything! 🙏

The location was good, it was also quiet. Fine for 1 night.

Kitchen was outside the building, and shared. It didn't correspond with what we thought we had reserved.

The owner went beyond our expectations to help us as much as he could. He booked us a taxi for the morning to seven rila lakes and after our hike he personally picked us up from the mountain. He even gave us a ride from dupnitsa when we arrived. We communicated with google translate and we didn't have issue with it, it was fun. The room itself was simple and very clean. Overall it was an authentic experience and would definitely stay here again.

Nothing bad really but a few things that could be added to the room. Two optional softer pillows for the bed would be nice as well as larger trashcan in the room. Possibly a showercurtain to the bathroom. Minor things that could make this place even better.
