Dear Mr. Lumir, Thank you for the shared experience. We are actually quite surprised to read that, since during your stay you did not mention that there is something wrong with your reservation or that you have booked a different type of room. We don't understand where the confusion is coming from since the room itself is called "Budget double room with Patio"and in the room description it is stated that "Positioned on the opposite part of the hotel in a separate building, these rooms provide a peaceful and secluded atmosphere. They are equipped with a bathroom with shower, air conditioning, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, Wi-Fi (free of charge), tea and coffee set and a mini fridge." Nowhere is it pointed out that the rooms have balcony, whereas all the other units we offer have "with balcony" in their name. Also we have many photos uploaded where it is very clear that there is a patio in front of the room and no balcony. We are sorry that you found the pictures to be misleading, but all the other guests have had no trouble diferentiating the room types and also our staff is always available for clarification if ever there is a problem.
