Had to pay for parking, same price as if we parked in the car parks nearby. Some of the staff where rude. The beach nearby was linked to the hotel but we had to full pay to use the sunbeds. Not enough sunbeds by the outdoor pool for the number of guest at the hotel. Not all of the hotel was open to guest at the time we went.

The food was excellent, good location, good facilities, clean and comfortable rooms. Nice swimming pools. Food was served nearly all day.

There is a bad smell coming from the bathroom. I saw this issue on the previous reviews from the last year but as far as I can see the problem is still ongoing. A lot of water came out from under the shower cabin during the shower.

The room is pretty nice. The bed is comfortable, you can sleep well on it. It is also great that the beach is very close. Also the room with the sea view is very cozy especially in the morning. The food was fresh and delicious every day. You have plenty of dishes to choose.

I will not come back. Cafeteria is very narrow and loud. Food is lukewarm at best. Theres only a small outdoor eating area which is not cleaned and used by smokers. The sauna is only run for 2h twice a day (10-12, 2-4pm). It is not separated from the indoor pool, so kids constantly run in and out. Impossible to have a relaxing spa feeling. It was not possible to book massages and the gym is very poorly equipped (3 chest machines + treadmill). Theres no private beach area. You have to pay for sunbeds.

We booked a seaview room. The room was modern. We asked for a room on a high floor. From the 6th floor you see over pool and hear the ocean, which was great. The regular rooms looked very outdated.

The food was average.. something a bit different every day, but the quality was a bit on the low cost zone... All the drinks were the local knock off of the originals.. the cocktails were super full of sugary syrups

Clean, very close to the beach and it's located in the quieter area of the resort. They accommodated us a bit earlier and we were super happy. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

One thing that I really didn't liked is the fact that even the hotel has its own parking spaces, you have to pay separately for it. This should be free as I'm staying at the hotel.

Clean rooms, delicious food and very diversified. The location is just perfect as it is directly at the sea side.

Awful smell coming from the bathroom to the whole room. We complained but not much changed. No beach front with umbrellas, had to rent from neighboring hotels. Staff could use some training on customer service. We encountered one receptionist, one kitchen staff member, and one bartender who was up to par.

Location, the view from our room was the best with the balcony. The air-conditioning was very good.

During the last days of the stay, the cleanliness of the plates in the restaurant was insufficient. There were visible traces of soapy water on them. Additionally, the underside of the plates was contaminated with food residues. The staff needs to improve this aspect.

The hotel boasts an excellent location with stunning sea views. The rooms are adequately furnished with relatively new furniture, providing comfort throughout the stay. The all-inclusive package is sufficient, though it might not fully satisfy more demanding guests. The food is tasty, and overall, the hotel offers good value for money. A positive aspect is the availability of parking at the hotel for a reasonable fee.

The dinner was until 9:00 PM. In the bathroom, they need to fix the pipes under the sink, the smelling is coming. The paid parking place is in the front of the hotel, but there are some oaks and pine. I damaged my car on a windy day/night, with the falling oak fruits.

Very closed to the beach and shops, all inclusive with different types of food and drinks, beautiful panorama on see-side room, quiet zone (the clubs are 1.5km far away). For our short period trip, was a good place to stay and enjoy autumn on Black See.

Low variaty of food in terms of types of food and number of different plates. Restaurant very crowded at time, tables very close to eachother, no posibility to eat outside during main meals of the day. No garder or any other space for the chidren to play except for a small pool.

3* hotel with prices of 4*. Food was bad and without lot of options and low quality. i recommend to the hotel mgmt to visit other 4* hotels from Golden Sands(neighbors) and to have an idea about quality. At price don t need to compare :)).

Parking is a disaster, dedicated personnel not able to manage the cars, most of the parking spaces are improper for use, cars blocked by other cars several times - need to ask at reception to free up our car. Suddenly at the end of our staying they asked for a daily fee (15 leva - total of 75) without any previous agreement. You can use cheaper and better parking nearby.

Unfortunately there was not a big variety of food. It was mostly the same. If you are staying for a week then it is ok but if it's for longer then I believe it gets very tiring to eat the same thing everyday. The quality of some of it ( like rise for example) was not the best. The best were the salads. The pool needs renovations and the floor in the pool area was very slippery. I understand that it's a pool area and there is bound to be water, but there could be a different tile that could be less slippery.

I loved the animation program and the team was spectacular! It was the highlight of the stay.
