When we entered the room, a terrible smell hit us, we had to rush to open the window every time we enter the room, I think this smell comes from the carpet.

Nice location 10 min walk to the centre, big vegetable market in-front of the hotel. Basic renovated room, ok bathroom. Very nice helpful staff. Ok breakfast

Clean renovated hotel in the city centre of Haskovo within walking distance to city centre, bazaar and lots of cafes. I would recommend this hotel. The parking is small, but usually enough for the guests of the hotel.

Facilities need renovation and the room was heading one of the main streets in the city, so it was a bit noisy.

Location was very good, close to the center, breakfast was nice, room was clean.

First of all I like very much offers without cancellation fees and second everything in the room was really good. Only regret for missing the breakfast but the hotel deserve more visits, so I’ll try next time.

The room smelled like cigarettes. I tried to move the nightstand and 2 cockroaches started sprinting all around. Ugh. The walls are super thin, I could hear the visitor next door all the time.

Inside the hotel were indifferent employees.. they didn't seem to care about our enjoyment. Τhey call room 206 a four person suite which has a double bed and a sofa bed in one single space.. no living room and mini bar as advertised.. The breakfast was particularly poor.. but the worst part was not the dampness on the walls and wardrobes, nor the yellowed duvets, but the unbearable smell of sewage in the bathroom ... at least we laughed enough when we saw a sign that it said that we are in a non-smoking room, right next to the ashtray....

breakfast was advertised from 7.30 but it was about 805ambefore any staff arrived. not a problemfor me....but could be for others.

a very nice place to stay. As a hiker I was very interested in the free breakfast I had French toast and it was a very large portion served with jam and cheese. The staff was lovely. it was very relaxed and across the road was a lot of small restaurants including a Chinese which wasn't terribly sofistcated but as an Australian I miss my Chinese so it was very cheap and surficed....3 times. Couldn't fault the hotel.

The toilet was leaking from the back. Basically when you flush the water some of it was leaking to the drain. The sink unit was leaking a little when in use but nothing serious.

The breakfast was fine and it was included in the price. The receptionist was nice and answered all questions. The view from the window was nice, at the center of the town! The room was clean and I didn't feel bad!

The receptionist man was not able to speak English. We were not able to undestand each us. In the photo of room there was a bath tub but it was not. Dirty and old moquet in the room.

Before 7pm the room temperature was the same like outside. There is something like a central heating and the hotel decides when to turn the warm air on. Instead of having a rest before going out for a dinner, I was trying to warm myself. Also the room wasn't very clean.
