Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

To consider that is 3rd floor and no lift available- if you have heavy luggage or elderly people. For us - this was no inconvenience.
We liked very much our short stay (we were in transit) - the studio is very cosy, well equipped - nothing was missing for a good stay ( coffee included), good vibe, especially when considering also the wonderful terrace where you can instantly relax. Very nice hosts, good communication, helped us with all the instructions. Deffinitely we’ll come back, if we need accomodation in the area.

The building did not have an elevator, but it is worth it :)
Very clean, very nicely furnished and with good taste. The kitchen has all you need (and we have 2 kids :). The kids loved the playground inside the complex and all the greenery made it a great one night stay on our road to Greece.

No lift available. Property is 3 floors up, which is a put-off if you have luggage to carry.
The studio is very luxurious and beautiful. It has every facility you could want. The terrace is superb, very large, with a wonderful view of the lake and a table and two benches which allow you to truly enjoy the fresh air for having a drink or a meal. The host is very nice and helpful. We were able to immediately collect the keys upon arrival and turn them in for departure. (for those using a navigation app to get here, know that access to the building is via the main road, not the side roads that the app most likely points to)

The name of the property belonged to a nearby hotel which also appears in the pictures. But the property is not the hotel or one of its additional buildings. Was very confusing for us to arrive there and ask about Riu Pravets Golf Resort and to find that this is a hotel and they do not make reservations on booking. Also the picture with the swimming pool is from the hotel but the apartment does not belong to the hotel. In my opinion it is not fair to give this impression. Also it is not specified that the apartment means one single room. This can be deduced by looking carefully at the pictures. I think a clear description of what means this apartment, removing pictures not relevant for the property and using an other name, will be useful.
Everything in the house was at great quality. Also the host was very friendly. The balcony has a beautiful view of the lake, a very nice place to drink coffee in the morning.

Starting from its name "Spa Resort" and there is no pool, no spa, no nothing. This is really confusing and misleading. Idk if the hotel Pravets is being reconstructed, if i see spa and pool provided, i want them. I could have stayed home, same facilities. Very inconvenient. A little bit disappointed.
There was coffee, great quality and biscuits. But no decaf for wife, whos breastfeeding.
