BulgariaThe guy on the reception who we met at first was not hospital at all. Even that we paid for a bigger room in the main building, it was small room with a broken wardrobe. Even the door of the room was broken. This room must be renovated. I hope that next time there will be no disappointments.
The food, the massage and the atmosphere were great. If you go there, do not miss the massage from Pepi. He has more than 20 years experience and could advise you for your body health. Our room was very clean and it was cleaned every day.

RomaniaBreakfast only starts at 07:30, so skiers have to either skip breakfast and leave early for Bansko or accept the fact that they will wait in the gondola queue for 2-3 hours (during high season). The kitchen is almost useless, since there are no dishes, cutlery and so on. There were 4 medium cups and 4 glasses for water, that's it. The spa is in the main building, so if you are in one of the secondary buildings you have to walk outdoors to the spa - at 15 degrees centigrade below zero it's not exactly what you want.
Nee spa center - indoor pool, dry and wet sauna, relaxing zone, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi. The apartments in the Orchid building are large and comfortable. The food quality and variety was very good. Very nice lobby, with fireplace, sofas and armchairs. They also have a very nice area with special gaming tables for poker, backgammon and so on.

RomaniaThe food was good BUT each and every time the food was cold. We had breakfast and dinner. The soup, the egs, the steak, everything was cold . Very unsatisfactory. Too bad because the food was tasty enough... There is a safe box in appartment but you can not use it ( it is only for the owner use). Two years ago there were two kinds of sauna. Not anymore... Not even one... :-/
Large 2 bedrooms appartment. Good mattresses. Warm enough. Nice pool ( crowded in the evening). A lot of little kids. We had one, too. ;-)

GreeceMany employees didn't speak English. You can't run a 4 stars hotel and have employees who don't speak English. The pool area was really crowded. The room had a kitchen (sink, washing machine but no tumble dryer, oven and kitchen) but absolutely NO cooking pans, dishes or knives and forks , which means that we couldn't actually use it. When we mentioned that at the reception, they informed us that these could be provided upon request and we would have to pay for them. I think that wasn't right. If you mention in the hotel's facilities that the room has a kitchen , this kitchen must also be operational. Otherwise don't provide a kitchen.
The room was nice and spacious. Cleaning was good, on an everyday basis. The jacuzzi was really nice. Breakfast and dinner also very good. The personnel was polite and helpful. We also really enjoyed the party for New year's Eve.

BulgariaSome of the spa facilities were broken or not functioning at all. There was no lifeguard at the inside pool and some guests were not following the rules. (Jumping in the pool, eating around it etc.) which made me leave the area. Of course the hotel is not responsible for people's culture habits, but somebody to stay there and make sure remarks are given when nessesarry.
I loved the apartment, the outside park, the great lobby. The therapy I had on my back was pleasant, releasing and not expensive at all. The host of the therapy center is great professional. The service at the restaurant is very good. Also the chooses for breakfast and dinner. Great chef, too.

BulgariaWe didn’t like that we weren’t informed about the current construction of the jacuzzi and that some of the facilities aren’t working. The quality of the food was not what we expected. We paid for HB and totally regretted. Most of the time we ate outside. They’re short of staff as well. Sadly we’re definitely not going to recommend or return.
We’ve visited the place two years ago and decided to come back since we liked it back then. The quietness and the mountain view are still present but nothing else was as before.

BulgariaThere were no water pressure to take a shower in the apartment. We had to shower in the SPA. The water in the pool was dirty. You cannot see your feet. It was too crowded too. The spa center is small for the size of the hotel. There are no dishes into the rooms kitchen.
The staff was friendly. Also the food was good. The size of the three bedroom apartment is very good. Comfortable for group of six even eight.

RomaniaThe kitchen in the apartment was equipped with almost nothing except a few glasses and cups and a kettle. Also the oven was not working at all. Not that much of a problem since the breakfast and the dinner were included in the price however this was a slight minus because we traveled with a 9 month old baby and if we wanted to quickly prepare him something in the room we were unable to do so.
We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The apartment was spatious and well-lit, The bed really comfortable (we also recieved a crib for the baby), Really warm inside, BIg balcony with a great view, The bathroom was really nice, The staff was more than nice and really helpfull în various situations. The menu was very diverse and the food really delicious. In the restaurant there are high chairs available, for babies, which you can also take in the room. The spa facilities and the pool were also nice but can get crowded in the late afternoon.

And the breakfast should start at 7.30 for people that want to go to the ski slopes when they open at 8.30.
