The apartment was clean and spacious. The housekeeping were doing great job.

The facilities were worn and not maintained. The staff in the restaurant and around the pool was very slow at serving and cleaning. Even most of the saltshakers were empty for 3 days and not been filled up. The food was frugal and the same each morning and evening

I like the location. If you want calm place, it worth the price. Its located out of Bansko and Razlog and its far from city noise .You can enjoy in the outdoor pool even in the colder weather because the warm the pool. All property was clean. We had a good balcony view.

I didn't like that the room didn't have a hairdryer, i even tried to use those in the spa ladies locker room but they were all broken or out of service, the room phone didn't work. We were in a room that is a part of suite and we had to share our balcony with the other people that are in the other room,also part of the suite. I left a note to the housekeepers to change our glasses, but they didn't change them, i washed them in the bathroom. They are low with bar offers,even if you want to pay for them,so no fancy cocktails like margaritas, blue lagoons etc. Breakfast, lunch and diner is good, but they don't always offer juice, machine water was always warm, it was never cold enough. Some of the stuff if poor with English or any neighbor country language.

The food, the massage and the atmosphere were great. If you go there, do not miss the massage from Pepi. He has more than 20 years experience and could advise you for your body health. Our room was very clean and it was cleaned every day.

The guy on the reception who we met at first was not hospital at all. Even that we paid for a bigger room in the main building, it was small room with a broken wardrobe. Even the door of the room was broken. This room must be renovated. I hope that next time there will be no disappointments.

Breakfast was bad, beverages and food from the bar as well. Didn’t like the spa facilities.

Spa was great - jacuzzi, steam rooms, pool. Good selection for breakfast and dinner.

Location was sparse - though shuttle was provided to / from ski resort. Taxi needed for other trips.

Only the room was okay

Everything else was a disaster. The hotel was packed to the maximum, but there was only one elevator for all guests, and just a few staff members who were extremely unprofessional. They spoke to us informally, and I waited over 10 minutes just to get one beer. The restaurant was overcrowded, with people queueing up for food. The hotel infrastructure is not suitable for that many guests. There is only one pool, which is far from enough, and the water turned green. The spa area was overcrowded, and the parking lot was full. We used less than 50% of what we had paid for. On top of that, there was loud music and shouting from the restaurant until 3 AM, which made it impossible to rest. Our room key card barely worked—maybe 1 in 20 tries—and at one point, random people entered our room because they were told it was theirs. We’ve never experienced anything like this before. We are extremely disappointed and will definitely not return.

The apartment was good. It was reasonably clean and spacious. The physiotherapist was a good person and worked professionally and properly. The location with a view of the mountain is excellent.

The food was below average. Lots of choice, but suffice it to say that the omelette was bad. For a hotel to have a bad omelette says a lot about the food. There should be some kind of limit to how much can be used at the pool, it's too crowded. The worst thing is that on the second night a group of people had a party in the hotel lobby with very loud music. When we complained to the receptionist that we couldn't sleep, we were told that it would end by 12 midnight. The party lasted until almost 3 am and we were left without sleep. It's sad that this is my second time coming to this hotel, and the first time 10 years ago it was perfect literally everything. Unfortunately I wouldn't go again after this experience.

Nee spa center - indoor pool, dry and wet sauna, relaxing zone, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi. The apartments in the Orchid building are large and comfortable. The food quality and variety was very good. Very nice lobby, with fireplace, sofas and armchairs. They also have a very nice area with special gaming tables for poker, backgammon and so on.

Breakfast only starts at 07:30, so skiers have to either skip breakfast and leave early for Bansko or accept the fact that they will wait in the gondola queue for 2-3 hours (during high season). The kitchen is almost useless, since there are no dishes, cutlery and so on. There were 4 medium cups and 4 glasses for water, that's it. The spa is in the main building, so if you are in one of the secondary buildings you have to walk outdoors to the spa - at 15 degrees centigrade below zero it's not exactly what you want.

Breakfast and Dinner fantastic, tasty, diverse, and plenty.

-drinks are not included, only some juice in the morning IF the machine is working -food was very good but also cold and the coffee was awful -heat in the restaurant was not on, we had to wear jackets while eating, only during the weekend it was warmer -electricity went off for 3 hours -less food variety and facilities during the week compared to the weekend, even if we are also paying customers as those that come during the weekend -nobody from the staff could speak english, not even at the reception -outside jaccuzzi was cold, couldnt use it -far away from the gondola (15 mins by car)

The food was not good, not very tasty, the pool was not warm enough.

The hotel is nice, but the food is disastrous. The cakes were spoiled and had mold, the room was cold, to go to the spa you have to leave the building in the cold!!
