The power came off at 9 AM. I was trying to call them. They fixed it over an hour and a half. They changed my villa that’s why I didn’t like. everything else was good.

The swimming pool is a bet not clean because the trees beside it accumulate dead leaves and dirt

Our pool did not have umbrella like our relatives pool. The staff take long time to respond to emergency issue. Lots of insects all over the place. We had a surprise visit from a ZAG inside. Shower didn’t did not drain water and the kitchen sink had a bad smell with very oil cooking pan (we requested maintenance but did not fix (We stayed for 6 days so we needed those to be fixed). The check out day we requested pool cleaning due to insects but the staff took one hour to come and over 35 minutes to clean the pool and the reception refused our request for late check out so we did not had time to swim in the pool.

The location is great in the middle of (buodaye road ). The place is spacious and the room are comfortable. The garden and pool were great. Great for families.

- there were mosquitos, so netting on the windows would be a great addition to the property - property was somewhat empty, large in space but lacked substance, kitchen amenities like kettle not there there was pans but barely any cutlery and no condiments provided (like salt pepper oil ) - we had to keep calling the staff for small things so it should just be provided in the property (extra towels, toilet roll, rubbish bags, paper cups, tissues, ) the lighting fuse kept going out if we kept things on - but once we knew where the box was it was fine

The staff was very accomodating to our requests. check in was very easy as we drove. it is a little bit hard to find but got there in the end. as we pre warned that we would have a late check in they were very accommodating. anything we needed they were available to get and any technical issues were very quickly fixed. the villa offers privacy and the beds were very comfortable. the shower had enough pressure. what was in the kitchen did work. the place is very very spacious the pool was clean and regularly checked on which was nice.

At the Villa 42, one of the Central A/C is not properly cooling down. Water supply in this Villa is also poor, specially if several sinks are opened at the same time.. If these 2 are fixed then the stay is almost perfect l.

We have been here on multiple occasions and we really like the Villas. They have renovated the Villas very good. The Compound is very quiet On this occasion I have to thank Ms. Marina (Receptionist) which helped us in advance to get the Villa we were pursuing. Also, I would like to thank Mr. Lak Noh (and his maintenance team) that supported us on cleaning the Villa minutes before our invitees came to visit us.

When we get out of the place there is usually traffic which i dont like

everything was fine but make sure to book with pool option, the options are confusing on booking.com Cleaning staff Md Meraj Alam and Sayed Ali with team were very good

The play yard is far away from the villa, which wasn't mentioned in the description.

Easy check-in and check-out process. Acceping visitors. The rooms were very nice, comfortable, and spacious. There were three bathrooms and three bedrooms. The living room was spacious. TV is having Netflix shaid. Wi fi Internet is fast. Also, the kitchen has all the required tools and devices. Overall, the villa is suitable for mid family, not more than 6 persons.

I was very disappointed with the temperature of the pool. It was super cold and my kids couldn’t even stay for 20 minutes in the water. They were shivering and it was risky. I specifically requested to have a warm water for the kids before my stay through WhatsApp and I got no response. Regardless of that we liked out stay but I’m only going back to this place if I get guarantees that the pool will be warm.

The villa was exceptionally good and spacious. Clean and very comfortable and I loved their beds ☺️.

The water would be cut off and you would have to go out into the backyard to turn on the generator. Every day I would turn it on three to five times. They were not precise about the duration of the reservation and asked me to leave on the third day even though I had reserved for five days.

The location was good, a quiet place. The villa was good and clean. They have high-speed Internet. They will give you a what’s app number so you can call the whenever you need a room service.

The water pressure in master room WC is very low. Also, the swimming pool was not clean on arrival and did not have chlorine. Also, one of AC in the setting room was not working. There is no washing machine in the villa.

The pictures and descriptions were a bit misleading as it showed private kids play area but there wasn’t any. Othet than that the property was well maintained and clean and located in a quiet area.

I loved the location because it wasn’t far from anything. The garden, pool were so pretty and the bedrooms, kitchen, toilets living room were all very spacious you can easily live with 8 people
