The bathroom was equipped with outdated accessories, and the mirror was rusty, which negatively affected the overall cleanliness and appearance. The club music was excessively loud, making the environment uncomfortable and less enjoyable. The TV was quite small (32 inches) for the size of the room, which affected the viewing experience.

The room was large and featured good-quality furniture, providing a comfortable atmosphere.

Property was ok…cleaned..but need to drive a bit inside to reach the hotel

Stayed there during eid holidays..room was clean..but we had to make more than 5 calls to get toiletries and after that they gave 1 towel for 3 people. When asked they said its not available.view to the sea was nice…need to come a bit inside of the road to reach the location..parking was there..

smell of ciggarettes too much in the room. after 2 nights stay, I was sufferd with this smell next 2 days at another place. staff doesn't know anything about the area. I was not able to get usuful information to check around that area.

Everything is worse the room is not clean and smells and the WiFi is very bad. and on my whole 9-day stay the room is cleaned only once.

Only this was close to my workplace so I opted for it.

Not a 4 star. Maybe a 2.5 star. Bath very old and work. Poor quality towels and not enough. One day we were given one small hand towel only. The noise from the club on the 8th floor was SO LOUD until 5 am every day. I couldn’t sleep. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I guess, it's my fault with first experience staying in a hotel where music is played loud, and the sleep was impacted badly and it was one night stay we really suffered until the music was off early morning around 6 AM

The Staff Mr. Daniel was good at receiving and listening to the complaints and see the possibility of resolving it.

Everything - the carpet was filthy and smelly - bathrooms were old and not good to use - the pillows were not good and not comfortable - Not suitable for families - the bathroom's sealing was leaking - the toilet flush was not working - the towels are very small and dirty - the lounge was in the front of the main door Which is not good if you have families - I asked for connected room with the receptionist concent late night was called and asked to pay extra money Finally DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

The photos in the App are not accurate - there’s no pool, no breakfast, and the rooms were not clean enough. Overall, is a very old hotel that really needs some maintenance. Also, super loud during the night! There’s a club in between floors for some reason and the vibe is quite strange.

THIS PROPERTY IS NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. When i reached the property, there was a line of people waiting for the rooms to be given to them and the guy at the reception had no idea of what was happening. The receptionist was completely lost. There were multiple disturbing and worrying cases such as same room given to two guests, elevator not working, dirty beds and blankets, the door between the interconnected rooms was not lockable etc. etc. Therefore i decided to not to stay there, however i had already paid for the booking. Booking.com was also not much helpful as they only advised me to talk to the property to cancel the booking and get my money back. However, despite repeated requests, the property did not cancel my booking and my money went to waste. Considering the conditions at the property and non-availability of the rooms (those too in poor condition), the property should have cancelled my booking but they just refused to do it. THIS PROPERTY IS NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
