The hotel was good and the staff were truly wonderful, which made the stay pleasant. However, the breakfast and the overall atmosphere felt a little gloomy at times. Adding more elegance and a touch of luxury to the ambiance could make the experience much more enjoyable for guests.

I came with my son to celebrate his birthday, and although the notice to the hotel was very short, the team managed to arrange everything perfectly — and even beyond our expectations — in such a record time. From the very beginning, the manager Mr.Shahin and Mr. Ayush , as well as Mr. Mouaz, made sure that our stay was nothing less than excellent and comfortable. They were extremely supportive; they welcomed us warmly, made us feel at home, and completed all the check-in procedures quickly and efficiently. The hotel also surprised us with a beautiful birthday cake for my son once they learned about the occasion, which made the day even more special and memorable. They even took the time to follow up with us personally to ensure that our experience was going smoothly and up to standard. We had both lunch and dinner in our room, and each time the food was delivered promptly and was of outstanding quality. Breakfast was also delightful — delicious, well-presented, and with a wide variety that left us more than satisfied. Throughout our stay, every single staff member we interacted with treated us with the highest level of respect, courtesy, and professionalism. The swimming pool was another highlight. It was not only beautiful but also offered breathtaking views of the city, adding a magical touch to our experience and giving us moments of relaxation and joy. Overall, the hospitality we received exceeded our expectations in every way. The entire team made us feel like VIP guests, and I am truly grateful for their efforts, kindness, and dedication to service excellence. Thank you once again to everyone who contributed to making my son’s birthday celebration such a memorable and heartwarming experience. We will definitely treasure these memories and look forward to returning in the future.

Since we booked and paid for 4 persons, if possible they can also provide utensils (drinking glass) for 4, and dental kits for 4 persons. But not big issue at all.

My experience at the hotel was excellent in every aspect. The staff and the supervisor were exceptionally professional and friendly, and the stay was very comfortable with prompt responses to all requests. The apartment was spacious and clean, with everything prepared for the guest’s comfort. Breakfast was varied and delicious, and upon arrival, we were offered a warm welcome with complimentary fruits and sweets, which added a special touch. I truly thank them for their outstanding service.

Outstanding Experience – A Perfect Stay! My stay at Ramada by Wyndham Amwaj Islands was truly exceptional. From check-in to check-out, the service was impeccable. Every member of the staff was polite, attentive, and genuinely committed to making guests feel welcome. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made a lasting impression. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully furnished. I especially loved the private balcony with its stunning sea view – a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The hotel maintains very high standards of cleanliness throughout – from the rooms and common areas to the pool and restaurant. Everything felt fresh, well-kept, and safe. The pool area was a highlight – clean, comfortable, and with a relaxing atmosphere. It was a great place to unwind, and I appreciated being able to enjoy a drink while lounging by the water. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of fresh options. The restaurant also served excellent food throughout the day, with great service and quality dishes.
