    Installations in very poor state of upkeep. Chose hotel because of very positive reviews. Those were clearly bought and not genuine

    Restaurant served no alcool and no other establishments nearby to buy a beer. Gym was OK but only 1 stationary bike working meaning one had to queue.

    NOTHING. Absolutely the worst property we have stayed at. Charging USD 85 per night for the most horrible room. no cleanliness. no kettle in the room (even though it's advertised on Booking.com). the room is absolutely horrible. loud gym music throughout the day. we must have stayed in close to 2000 hotels in the past decade, this definitely is the worst of them all. 0 value for money. area around the hotel feels really unsafe. they have advertised "private beach access" - no, they just offer to send you to a paid beach club elsewhere. this hotel is a dilapidated mess. PLEASE STAY AWAY at all costs. The only slight saving grace was the nice and cordial staff - but i feel bad for them for having to work in this absolutely third class hotel. shame also on booking.com for falsely advertising things and facilities about the hotel without even verifying.

    Bathroom is too small, hygiene in the bathroom need to be improved (bad smell), shower is too old difficult to control water flow & speed and balance hot and cold water

    The staff are friendly and helpful. The WI-FI is strong. Their breakfast buffet has variety. Their food is okay.

    The photos of the room on booking.com is not what is on the ground. They gave me a different looking room, with an AC that wasn't working. They need more than one pdq incase a card is declined during payment.
