I am very happy that I stayed here in my very short time in Burundi. The manager helped me throughout my stay and allowed me to see aspects of Burundi I would not have without him.

A bit further from town but still walkable.

The stuff are kind and it was clean

The language barrier and organization needs a bit of improvement

Mark is quick and accessible throughout the day. He can help with all aspects around the stay including money exchange, cab bookings etc. The room was good but there are shared spaces like the kitchen and living room. The apartment has most amenities but carry a mosquito spray.

Clean and quiet. Value for money.

The breakfast always consisted of fruit, toast, egg, and tea. It was okay. Maybe they should have more variety in future.

One of the days, the kitchen was locked through the night and I couldn´t fix a cup of coffee. They need to make the kitchen available all the time.

The availability of staff amazed me the most. Mr Mark the manager and the entire staff was made of kind and friendly person. Everything was fine and I appreciate the fact that they have an alternative way to provide energy in case of electricity outages

Breakfast was good and the location is also good though it’s not close to downtown Also Marcus is really a nice guy He is very supportive and he deserve to be the manager

Everything is okay the only problem is the electricity goes off and on but that’s not their fault But there’s a generator so there’s nothing to worry

Good air-conditioning, big room with a bed, armchair, table and fridge. Nothing else. For the price it is not a bad deal. Taxi into the Centre is BIF 10,000.

The free airport shuttle is a Scam, I had to pay a taxi US$20 even after I was assured that I would be picked up. Strangely there just happened to be a taxi there that knew where I was going! The bathroom gets flooded when you have a shower. The first 2 days I had hot water, the second 2 days no hot water. Daily Power failures which means the air-conditioning goes off. Breakfast is an omelette, stale bread and fruit. You have to walk a kilometre to go to a supermarket or restaurant.

Friendly and helpful owner. Helped me to arrange taxi to airport. Clean and nice room. Good neighborhood, quiet, not too far from city center Decent price

No warm water in bathroom Many hours without electricity Wifi very unstable and slow (although one can buy a Sim card with data very cheaply, anywhere in town) Many mosquitos in the hotel

The property manager is very kind he even came to pick me up at the airport The manager mark is a good man

Electricity goes of 6times a day that was very very bad..and u should have a swimming pool the place is very hot...
