Had an absolutely fantastic stay here. Excellent location, would highly recommend it as an area if traveling to La Paz. Many shops, restaurants cafes nearby. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Free tea and water in reception 24 hours a day. Our apart suite was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Gym passes provided free of charge to a nearby gym. Breakfast was excellent. Huge variety and constantly being replenished. Wouldn’t hesitate but to stay here again.

Magnificent stay. Beautiful spacious suite, great views, lots of space, nicely heated in a cold city, good wifi, good breakfast. This place is absolutely exceptional value for money. Everything about the place was perfect for our stay. Wouldn’t even consider anywhere else if we ever returned to La Paz. The only thing about this place which isn’t five star is the price.

There was only one bottle of water at least should be 2 since we stayed in a room flat! Also when we were paying it had to be converted to bolivianas and there was a higher price. The apartment had a glass door for the bathroom which was not convenient.

Excellent location. Close to restaurant, cable car, and shopping mall. The room is great and clean and you have everything you need. The staff are kind and supportive even they let us to leave our luggage with them for the whole day until we came back from our trip to Uyuni the next day. The had room service and the food was great. It was value for money.

No temperature control in the rooms - it was very stuffy in there.

The staff were extremely understanding of our needs, one of us having just left hospital. They met every need. The rooms were huge and comfortable.

Great location near great cafes, restaurants, and bars in Sopocachi. Friendly and helpful staff. The nightly rate feels a little expensive, but the apartment style rooms are very nice and spacious.

The staff were very good; from helping us with car transportation, money exchange, restaurant recommendations, etc. The hotel was very clean and we enjoyed our stay.

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel by any standard. The staff who checked us in had no smile on his face. No one helped with luggage or anything. There was only one person at the reception. So no greeting and service at all. For a two bedroom apartment, 4 of us stayed there. Only 1 small bottle of water was provided, which was a joke for a ‘5 star’ hotel. The breakfast was very mediocre for a ‘5 star’ hotel. There wasn’t much options at all. On check out, same thing happened, one person at reception, you are pretty much on your own.

We booked the two bedroom suite. The room itself was nice and spacious. The location js good and only a 5 mins walk to a cable car station on the blue line.,

We travel with our 3yo so we sorely felt the lack of a microwave in the room.

Staff was very friendly as usual, room clean and comfortable. Room service food was excellent. Location makes getting pretty much anywhere in the city center pretty easy.

Only one bottle of water in the room is not so much. They have us room on first floor next to elevator - we didn't hear any noise but still having booked in good advance and as Genius customer I'd expected something better. Breakfast a bit on the boring side.

Position is good in a quiet area but close to restaurants and bars. Suite was big and bed comfy. Staff is helpful.
