Everything. The staff were so helpful and welcoming. We arrived very early after arriving on a night bus and they allowed us to have our room without charging us. The breakfast was excellent. The room was well appointed, bed comfortable and shower wonderfully hot. Laundry service also speedy and good.

I'm never happy to be charged extra for paying by card, but especially in a country where everything is priced in USD but you can't withdraw USD at ATMs. Booking.com are partly to blame as they won't let hotels quote in Bolivianos.

A very comfortable hotel with colonial architecture, decorated with Bolivian textiles. Free teas and water all day and secluded places to sit and enjoy the quiet away from the noise and bustle. Very helpful and pleasant staff and great food in the restaurant. A full range of tourist services available.

Initially we had a street-facing room and the noise from the street was unbearable. Moved to a room at the rear of the property and it was so much better.

The staff were great, as was the breakfast. Facilities in the second room was great as well. Cable car was about 10 minute walk but be mindful of the hills.

When we paid at the property that they charged us at over 25% price when we booked on booking.com. That is not right!

The Wi-Fi was a bit slow and unstable, but this can easily be improved.

Excellent hotel! Very polite and friendly staff, very comfortable and well decorated rooms. Good beds with very comfortable mattresses. Good sized bathroom with excellent shower with hot water. Very good breakfast with many options. Very well located, very close to the witches' market and other tourist attractions.

Family suite was nice but would be great if it had a microwave. There was plates and cups and a mini fridge, just needs a microwave.

Great location with friendly staff. Breakfast was good and so was the WiFi. Hotel has lots of gathering spots to hangout as a group. Lovely courtyards. Would bring my family back here.

It looks like there used to be a restaurant. I could have been nice to have the option but by no means was a deal breaker. There are plenty of food options nearby.

This was such a great hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and the location was perfect for the central area. The rooms were comfortable and a nice size. The décor in the rooms was so cute; we loved all of the small accents. The hotel itself was beautiful. I wish we would have had more time to sit in the courtyard and enjoy the peace in the middle of a busy city.

Stylish and comfortable hotel, very close to Witches Market and historical centre. Room was large with a small separate seating area. We left our luggage after check-out, and the friendly reception staff were happy for us to use the lounge to sit and drink tea during the afternoon.

Everything was great

The rooms are cute with a cultural flair. Plenty of room, good lighting! Downstairs they always have coffee and hot water for tea, a comfy place to sit. The staff is very friendly, always available to help, 24 hr security. Nice variety for breakfast. I have stayed here multiple times and will be back.

Loved the location. As soon as you step outside the hotel you are in the hustle and bustle of downtown and a 5 minute walk to the Witches Market. The reception staff were absolutely amazing so kind and helpful and very good English. Such a comfortable, clean hotel and peaceful inside. The breakfast was also really good. The only downfall was the coffee however there is a little coffee stand 1 min from the hotel and Cafe Del Mundo 2 blocks away.
