The ranch is cozy, clean, and surrounded by beautiful garden, a pool, and incredible wildlife – from parrots and armadillos to capybaras. The hosts are real ranchers and some of the warmest people we’ve met. They welcomed us like family: we rode horses together through the ranch, went fishing, and joined a night safari. The food was delicious, and sharing meals with the family (including an amazing barbecue) made it feel so personal. Our daughters connected with the family – they almost cried when we had to leave. “We stayed here for a couple of days and honestly, it was great. There’s a big garden with lots of space to chill, sip a coffee, and pretend you know the names of all the birds flying by. (We didn’t, but they were pretty.)
The kitchen was a big plus, fully equipped and clean, which is always a win when you’re tired of instant noodles.
And best of all? We pretty much had the dorm to ourselves. Peak hostel luxury: shared room, zero actual sharing.”
