Suurbritannia14 arvustust1 hinnatud abistavaks„Very disappointing property with dirty mattresses and other facilities broken. Do not book.”I would not book this property again. The property was of poor quality. There was no mattress on one of the double beds and we had to use a very dirty single mattress that was propped up at the side of the bed as the sofa bed was broken. The pillows/cushions were filthy. The patio to the balcony was broken and the door did not slide open but just lifted off the frame and did not lock. We had to leave after one night due to the condition. The owner arrived as we were leaving and had an aggressive manner despite the fact that we had paid in full and left the property as we had found it. Be aware that although it looks like bedding and towels are included but they are not. The owner will then try to charge you a lot to ‘rent’ them. We have tried to raise these concerns but did not get a satisfactory response. We were in South America for 8 weeks and this was by far the worst property we had to stay in.
