Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. This hotel has a perfect location between Ipanema and Copacabana. Around the hotel are a lot of restaurants and a supermarket is only a few minutes away. The room is spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable. The neighborhood is safe.

Very good location, almost just across the street to the picturesque Pedra do Arpoador view point. A lot of restaurants are around the corner, as well as grocery stores. Many bus stops are nearby for those who want to experience the city's public transits. Room is clean and size is adequate. Breakfast is good. The staff are nice. The rooftop view is wonderful. Wifi works fine.

United StatesThe bed linens were lower quality than other hotels. There is no clear information about how to get the pool -- I didn't even know there was one until the last day of my stay! There is no information on the phone or beside it about what numbers to call for the front desk, housekeeping, or an outside line (although people don't really need that these days), but the other two are necessary. It doesn't require the expense of putting something on the phones. A small laminated card next to he phone would do it -- or the front desk give that (plus directions to the pool) at check-in.
I had a spacious room with a great view. The breakfast was great. The staff are fantastic, from the front desk, to the housekeeping staff to -- especially the security officer at the front desk, who helped me tremendously with a lost phone.

Well located Hotel at Aproador between Copacabana and Ipanema. The Metro Station is near by. We had an executive room on a higher floor looking towards the Two-Brothers-Mountain. The room was simple but functional with AC. The hotel has a nice rooftop area with pool. The breakfast is simple but offers variety from day by they, but the service stuff at the breakfast just is amazing, they always smile and very helpful.

ItalySockets were far from the bed and didn't always work properly. The window in my room wasn't closing properly and the issue was disregarded (I know I was on the 10th floor, but we are talking about a 3-star hotel). Receptionists were rude and looked like they didn't want to interact with guests at all.
Comfortable and spacious room and very good breakfast. The location is great, in a safe area. I loved the view from the room and from the terrace.
