Not enough bedding- it was cold while I was there but they didn't have any spare blankets.

The room was great - spacious and light. Good value for money. The photos don't do it justice. The kitchen is great also. Staff were friendly. Location was close to everything but quiet at night.

We loved everything but to make it even better, two pillows per person would have been amazing.

Loved the kitchen facilities and the hammock each room gets! The bed was comfortable, great shower, very powerful AC and the fridge in the room was a great bonus! A 5 minute walk from the beachfront and 2 mins from the supermarket. Great value for money and good for socialising in the communal spaces. Less of a party hostel than some of the others but this suited us perfectly. We thought it was great!

The stray cats roaming around reception area, on the first night we left our window open and when we came back one of the cats was sleeping on our bed. Some of the cats looked unwell and were creepy to be around. No soap in the bathroom of the private rooms.

The wifi connection was quite weak, and the smell in the room was not great. The mattress was too soft for me.

The location is great, right in the heart of Abraão. The rooms are very basic, don't expect anything fancy. Super soft beds (too soft for me) and there's a weird smell in the room - possibly mold? You can see in the walls and furniture that the wet climate impacts the interior of the rooms, even the pillows had this very strong smell.

The bathroom was a bit small.

Location was great just off the Main Street. Beds were comfortable, air condition worked perfectly and the shower was great. Mini fridge was very helpful to cool our water.

The place is smaller than appears in the pictures, could be a little cheaper since it doesn’t have features like breakfast or pool.

The bathroom could have been cleaner but really it was ok. There were two pet dogs at the hostel which would be bad if you had an allergy perhaps.

Biergarten Suites is a very peaceful courtyard just 100 yards off the main road. It's near town but quiet and peaceful. It has a really nice kitchen. When we had a problem with our shower they sent a man to fix it in 20 minutes which was great. the room had good air conditioning though a bit noisy. The room had a private bathroom. When we arrived after a bad journey the staff were friendly and helpful and mostly spoke good English.

Very loud at night from street noise and guests sitting in common area until early hours with music and talking. No one around to request them to keep noise down unless other guests do it. If youre a deep sleeper potentially not a problem but kept me and my sister up 2 out of 3 nights. Overall would still recommend and we may have just had bad luck with this.

Beautiful hotel with hammocks outside the rooms, perfect for chilling out in. Rooms are clean and well set up for two and were cleaned daily. Location was convenient. Beautiful greenery around and a very friendly cat.

The house keeper banished us for no good reason, she threatened us that she will call the police because we were “noisy”, it’s disrespectful because she hasn’t returned our money, and she did it to another person there and didn’t give his money back even though she told him to leave cause he was Israel like us. This is antisemitism and no less

Very clean rooms and common areas. Location was near to the beach, shops, restaurants and tour guides. Shared kitchen was very well stocked with utensils. Great value for money. AC in the room worked very well and the mini fridge in the room was a nice touch.

The room felt damp throughout the stay, but this might be more a reflection of the climate than the accomodation. However there was heavy rain one evening during our stay and the roof started leaking pretty badly in our bathroom, into the light fitting and then onto the toilet and floor. This happened the night before our departure and we reported to staff, so possibly this was rectified after we left.

Great location, up a quiet street and a short walk from all of the towns restaurants, tour shops, supermarket, ferry terminal, etc. Staff were friendly and helpful despite the language barrier. Air conditioning and fridge in the room worked well.
