We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe hotel itself (reception, restaurant, lobby) was very nice and inviting. However the room we stayed was not clean, the floor was sticky, the bathroom was dirty. The room could definitely use some cleaning and upgrading. It lacked a sitting area and a place for luggage. The staff were wonderful.

SwitzerlandI think this hotel has got 4 stars on booking only because it has a swimming pool, otherwise it corresponds to a 3 star hotel. The rooms are rather simple and the breakfast wasn't particularly good. The only good thing about the location is the shopping center nearby, otherwise there are only residential buildings in the area

United KingdomWe had to get the room key reset every day as stopped working. The laundry was out of service. Our shower drainer had a very bad smell so we had to keep the door shut. The hotel is aware of all of that and I’m sure they are working on it to make it better. Did not make us not like the place at all.

United StatesWe got moved from one room to another at 11pm because our door wasn’t locking. Getting to the new room on a different floor, we were awaken by construction noises that was taking place on the floor below us and we were also having issues with the air conditioning.
The breakfast was good. I like that there was a lot of options to choose from. The location was perfect for us and the staff always very friendly and helpful.

United StatesWhen I reserved the room, there was no mention of ongoing construction at the property. It consisted of very loud banging on the walls and interior which made a great deal of my stay very uncomfortable and unpleasant during the day. Fortunately, the workers stopped in the evening and I was able to sleep okay.
The location was perfect. Walking distance to the nearby shopping mall and in a very nice community.

United StatesThe property needs to be updated urgently, it feels not well cared, towels were so thin you literally could see the other side. The restroom didn’t feel clean. Sheets were so wore off that you could t say whether it was dirty or just old. Curtains were also not closing completely. The locker was locked, I notified the reception and nothing happened. I had to keep my documents locked In my bags.
