The breakfast room was a bit small but had a nice view at the rooftop. There is a probability to show up there and not getting a space and having to return later once again. It didn't happen to me but I saw how crowded it could get

The hotel was very centrally located and the parking lot fee was included. There is not just a lower parking garage but also two upper decks. The hotel staff didn't speak any English but google translate and a bit of Spanish helped. The room was HUGE and nice plus the bathroom was also very spacious. No complaints about the clean standard. Everything was good! The location is very good as the beach is right across the street with various options to go for the natural pools or simply a nice walk to the beach.

Well, they don’t offer a iron to the guest. No visit is allowed , this politic is a bit weard once if as a hotel guest I decide invite a friend to the room . Easy to register this person and the responsability is 100% my. The breakfast is very very poor . Deception the can do better . We know that .

Trying to find something and I really can't! I had a lot of work to do and I could get on with it easily as there was a desk in the room, and then could relax with a stroll around the beach.

The breakfast was outstanding - truly one fo the best I have ever had at a hotel. Varied hot buffet dishes coming each day, and staff on hand to cook omelettes and local dishes to request. Really quite a revelation. The hotel was very well organised with a great attention to detail, and they took wonderful care of the guests in a discreet way. You could also tell that the staff were well looked after by the management and in turn took care of the guests. Really outstanding and a big thank you to everyone at Brisa Suites for a fantastic and unforgettable stay. Thank you!

The only issue I had - another guest was smoking in the floor and spreading the smell everywhere - was solved right after I informed them. So, can’t complain about anything! great hotel!

The breakfast could be better. They need to provide more types of food. The gym was not a really gym. There was no equipment to work out.

I like the room, the confort. The way I was treated by the staff, especially Marlon Ismael (if I am not wrong). I like the view of the breakfast. and the location. I felt very security too.

Our bed was sooo hard, it was difficult to sleep. The view is alright but it's such a tiny room... And the food we ordered as room service- caldo de legumes- was not good at all.

Bathroom with a unpleasant smell. Absolutely crowded breakfast (number of guests greatly surpasses the installed serving capacity). Air conditioning system dripping water on the room wall. Our check in time was delayed (there wasn’t available rooms when we arrived (although we had contacted the hotel staff in advance)

With regards to selection in the area I believe this was one of the better options. I was disappointed in the drainage system the shower would back up every day. Cleaning service was mediocre as a couple of days they just made the bed. Price could be better I think it was high due to the season.

Pros were the view, location and they offered towel service. Hotel was located in a good area walk across the street and you had many options to book a boat or take a walk down to the artisan market. Breakfast was included and the servers were nice. Towel service was also a great amenity.

Very bad experience! We experienced very loud and continuous noises day and night. Our room was on level 1 next to a maintenance area and directly above reception. We had drilling next door, the continuous reception door opening and closing which shook the room and sounded like thunder all night. The maintenance and cleaning staff walking around through the night making loud noises. Water dripping, flushing and gushing from somewhere. We didn’t sleep a minute. When we complained to reception we no response, very cold and rude. The breakfast was dirty and chaotic, not relaxing at all. This hotel should not be charging people good money and for level 1 rooms. Brisa Suites I want my money back!

Online pictures are not realistic, it shows everything spacious but then you get there and the swimming pool is a joke for so small that it is and no deep end. Bathroom sink the same. Breakfast time too crowded, would be helpful to spread the guest in time slots. Parking is too narrow and low, and there is no signs too warn the driver of this, if you are not experienced you could easily scratch your vehicle. Some staff were very polite and helpful but some others seemed they couldn't be bothered. During check in they forgot to mention useful information like beach towels available and other amenities that are available upon request.
