Air conditioning was a bit off in my room. I had to turn it off so the room wasn’t too cold (15C). And the towels were very stiff, maybe they should considering renewing them more often.

Comfortable, room was simple, but had everything I needed. Service is good, and the bar had good food. Good breakfast as well. Very well located, near the airport.

The property is very clean, organised, elegant and the staff were very helpful, always ready to help you with whatever you needed. The food is amazing as well, especially the breakfast!

Definetly a hotel like this could have better towels (small and thin towels were a negative surprise) and pillows (also very thin and uncomfortable) specially in an executive room. Just two towels in a room with two people and no extra blankets. VERY noisy all night, you can hear everything from other rooms and hallway. Also early in the morning the staff moving around (the location in front of the housekeeping room).

Very well located and the staff always helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is excellent and the staff from the restaurant wants always to make sure you try the best from their cousine and proactively offer different options. They have bikes for sharing and a very good gym. In a very cold night we had to call to ask for an extra blanket and they promptly send to us (because they don’t keep one in the room) and an electric warmer.

The walls were a bit thin, we could hear our neighbors. We also didn’t have a functioning AC/heater unit, it was malfunctioning during the stay.

It was a perfect location and the building was really well maintained. The staff was above and beyond so kind and helped us out so much. Loved having that support.

While the service was truly exceptional there was one structural downside: the glass facade has narrow window frames and the adjacent walls between the rooms are in sufficiently sound proof. I was awakened at 5am by my neighbor having a loud telephone conversation and fled the room for an unusually early excellent breakfast

I was given a room that was very noisy (1st floor, right in front of an opening to the ground floor). I asked to change room and they charged me to do so since they didn’t have another room in the same category available. Given the situation, I believe a free upgrade would have been appropriate. The front desk staff didn’t handle the situation well and was not at all solution oriented.
