The breakfast was a bit challenging for people with dietary needs as most we could eat were fruits and avocado. But it wasn’t a deal breaker.

The rooms were amazing, location perfect for kite pick up and other activities. The pool are was also great. We really appreciated that the hotel is adults-only, they also offer parties on the rooftop from Thursday through Sunday. All in all a perfect stay.

I went in aware so took ear plugs, but there is music playing from 8am to 10:30pm every day and a party on the roof on weekends. I went to the roof for sunset and you can't even see it due to the high walls, so I left and went to the beach which has a great vibe. Also went later for the party but it was mostly people standing around looking at each other and very crowded, probably less fun for me as I was solo and it's too loud to meet people. The pool view room is quite exposed so after sundown you have to complete block the room with wooden doors to have privacy otherwise people can see straight in. There is no sound insulation between the rooms and a massive construction project underway behind the pool view rooma, so just keep that in mind for the next few months if booking this room type and if you like to sleep in (which you don't really do in Jeri anyway)

Genuinely lovely staff, great pool area that was never too busy, excellent breakfast, drinks and food, though a but pricier than surrounding restaurants. No kids in sight! Has a beach club vibe all day. Loved the direct access to the pool from the pool view room.

Stairs all over so not accessible, my aunt had a lot of difficulties walking around. Very loud on Thursday to sat when they have parties at the rooftop

Having to go up 4 flights of stairs to get out of hotel. Elevator or escalator would be nice. 😊 the roof top should be 4 nights instead of 2.

We received a smaller room than the one we booked. They said all other rooms are full, refused a partial refund as compensation and we could no longer cancel the reservation. Pool needs real maintenance. The paint is pealing off, and the coaches' fabric is torn.. All in all, I think it is overpriced, and there are better options at Jerri (from experience)

Cleaning of the rooms could be organized a little better.

The room was spacious. Shower and bed were both really nice. Breakfast area was peaceful with a beautiful view and lots of choices to choose from. Food during the day and evening was lovely. I would highly recommend the Carbonara. Only less than a 5 minute walk to both the beach and the centre of the village. Staff were wonderful, they went out of their way to help us have the best stay possible. A special mention to Alessandro at reception and Silvio at the pool bar.

I would like to recommend to manage the pool's towel for the guest in a better way, as many times there are no enough towels for all the guests to enjoy the pool. Suggestion regarding the bar on the 1st floor, you could have it open for the guests. We had days we wanted just to drink something and eat finger food, instead of going to other local business we could stay in the hotel.

Nice and central location, if you like music, party etc definitely is the place as the best party of Jeri is in their rooftop bar from Thursday to Sunday, the staff was very friendly and kind, shout-out to Silvio and Gustavo who made our stay even better with their cocktail's skills. Breakfast is good with many options, also dine in for what they can offer was delicious food. Normally compared to other destinations i would never suggest to book any tour or excursion with the hotel, but with Cafe jeri i highly recommend to book with them, as they are able to give better prices and better service than the many companies in the city.

There is nothing I could complain about except the AC noise at night (might need some maintenance).

It is a great value for money. The staff was always super helpful, Gustavo and Silvio at the bar were amazing, the pool area is really good and the location is super convenient (3 min from the beach). A plus for people looking for some party, the rooftop parties are complementary for the hotel guests. The food and the drinks are also a great experience.

They should clean the pool more often, they should add more sun beds as if the hotel is full there is no space to lay down. Minor issues.

The two bartenders were tremendous Silvio and Gilbert - awesome guys who hustle hard and know everything about Jeri. Amazing drinks and service from them - no doubt a highlight. Alessandro at front desk was also quite helpful.
