The only suggestions would be to have more than 1 bathroom, as sometimes the wait can be quite a while, provide hand soap in the mixed dorm bathroom and fix the door to the mixed dorm to stop mosquitos from entering g the room at night.

Great staff, volunteers, facilities, and location. Loved the animal friendly environment and the cats and dog that belong to the owners. Especially Miki 😍😻 Lovely people and a great, chilled atmosphere with a great Playlist every day tour the set the tone. Great common areas with hammocks good WiFi.

In the dormitory, there's no curtain to stop the light from from coming in through the glass door. Not the fault of the hostel, but when we stayed, it was empty the first couple of day, such a shame.

Alice, the owner is super friendly. The place is amazing with a lot of space to chill outside, the kitchen is well equipped, there is two fridges you can use. They regularly offered us freshly picked coconut from the garden. The place is in a quiet area, 5 minutes away from the beach and about 10 minutes from the main street. And special shout-out to Bobo the dog. ❤️

Such a beautiful hostel with an amazing vibe, so chill and welcoming. The kitchen is amazing and the host Alice is really lovely and goes out of her way to make you comfortable and help with anything you might need.

Super nice house with a big garden and fully equipped kitchen! The volunteers are great! Very helpfull and friendly and also keeping the hostel very clean! On wednesday they usually have a reaggee night party!! They even have filtered water in the kitchen to refill your bottles without having to buy plastic ones :)))). Loved it!

I think it should be mentioned if you pay by credit card the machine taxes 10% of the price so can be that you have to pay significantly more than expected. Be prepared by cash or pix to avoid this. Not so good place to work online, but it's also not the priority of a hostel.

The hostel is nice, at a great location, close to downtown, well equipped and comfortable. There are cute cats and a dog too. The volunteers were kind and helpful. It's worth the price overall.

Super chill and nice hostel, right on the dune! Great comfy bed and super nice and huge shower! Very well equipped kitchen, there is everything you need! Lovely and cute cats and dog! And of course big thumb up to the staff, they are so nice and so friendly and they will make sure you are feeling good and enjoying yourself at the hostel and in Canoa, best bunch of funny guys!!

The location is AMAZING! Right in the middle of the sand dunes and the best place for sunset. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and the animals were the best (Bobo is the sweetest dog and the two kitties are lovely)!

The three ladies that work as volunteers were incredibly nice. Good, sincere, peaceful vybz, if you are looking for a "mindfully place" this is the place to be :) Who build this place put the soul in it, you can feel this in every little details of the hostel. Clean and airy, everybody can get her/his own corner to stay alone or eventually choose to share spaces with the other parts of the family. And, last but not least, the location and landscape just outside are something really magical.

Cleanliness is not to a good standard. The nylon fitted sheets don’t fit properly on the old dirty mattresses. My body was covered in bites on the last morning there, they appear in the form of bed bug bites. The room is too cramped for the amount of beds. Not enough lockers for the number of beds. Dogs and cats can walk in and out of bedroom as they like.

Cool vibe of this reggae themed place. Volunteer was friendly.

1) not enough lockers (4 for 6 people, one beeing broken) 2) dogs & cats could enter the bedroom, it was not giving a clean atmosphère. 3) the bedroom in General is too old and a bit dirty, so is the bathroom (used by people from the tents outside, which made them walk next to our beds to go to pee/shower) 4) the beds were very old, and the volonteer didn’t put the bed Sheets on the bed. The bedsheets were so old that they didn’t fit the bed anymore. Finally, my friend got bedbugs bites all over her body, and I got ants bites. 5) finally, the entrance was not closed, nor was our room, which makes it available for anyone
