Kitchen is useless (just coffee you can make, no cooking), guests don’t respect the silence, a washing machine is missing, the shower need to be remodelled.

One of the window is missing a curtain so light comes in early. AC is old and hence quite noisy. No flexibility for late(r) check out.

Beautiful and very spacious room with old-style furniture. 3 minutes walking distance from the main Teatro de Amazonas, and hence of many nice restaurants (and a very animated party street).

The bathroom is very small and strangely laid out, the shower is in front of the sink.

The price was super reasonable, so naturally my expectations were low, but I was incredibly surprised by Casa 307. The room was big and had a desk and TV. There is a lovely shared kitchen and dining room. I was pleased to find a water purifier.

1. Even though the area is very central and nice, it can be a bit dodgy at night so be aware! 2. The water in the shower was cold every time we used it + the bathroom can get very messy after you shower because both the toilet and the shower are on top of each other. 3. Since it is just a room/apartment and not a hotel, there is no cleaning during your stay and that's completely fine.... BUT there was no toilet paper after the second day and there was no reserve :(( thankfully we saw the cleaner on our last day and she gave us some

Location-wise the accommodation is as close as it can get to the centre - you can see the Opera house from the balcony. The rooms were very clean and spacious and there were two other spaces as common rooms: a dining room and a kitchen. The WiFi was perfect! Our communication with Elissa was very good and clear and she even gave us some recommendations.

There’s no fans in the kitchen so it gets really hot there

we were told the room will be ready on 2. we came there was no keys for the room in the safe box. we had to wait an hour in the sun for the lady to come Gove us a key. than our air conditioning didn't work so we had to wait another hour for her to come back to give us a different room. over all waiting for a response an hour is not cool.

the location is great. if there is no problem with the key or your room than it's perfect the house is pretty

The code system for entering the property was difficult to navigate, especially for someone who has never encountered this kind of digital code box and arriving at night. Visitors should ask the management for detailed instructions.

The room is basic, but as I said, the price is right. The shower is right in the bathroom. Like almost over the toilet which was weird. That said, a perfect spot for the day before and after entering the rain forest.

The location is excellent and the check-in went smoothly. Everything was hands-free as they did not have a reception. They give you a code to enter the main door and another to get the key to the room. The room is nothing special but great for the price.

It was a little challenging gaining access as the host is not at the property.

the bathroom was not completely clean, the beds were uncomfortable and unfortunately the windows are not completely closed so mosquitoes can enter which was annoying and it can be quiet noisy

The only thing we did not like is having to pay 40brl pr day to store our bags. The price is a bit excessive for a city where many people are doing multiple day Amazon tours, so this should be a free service, particularly if you stay there again when you return, as we did
