Amazing location, great apartments with small kitchen which included utensils and fridge. Awesome breakfast with a variety of fruits, juices, cakes and many more. Staff is very helpful and friendly. We even extended our stay. Well recommended if you are travelling to Belo Horizonte!

Large rooms with great views and walkable distance to restaurants and cultural centers. Staff was very friendly and worked with my very limited Portuguese.

Breakfast really needs some different rotating options. It was literally the same things everyday, they sometimes had different juices but the same edible things always. Other than that I have no complaints.

First of all, the staff are awesome! From the team at the front desk, to the cleaning ladies and the gentleman at breakfast. The man (I forget his name now) at breakfast was so nice, I had asked if they had any "pimenta" or hot sauce and he said no. He then asked if I would still be there the next day and he said he'd bring me some. Well, the next day (s) when I came to breakfast, sure enough he has some delicious pimenta malagueta in a nice silver bowl for me. That was so nice and very much appreciated! He is definitely an asset to Cheverny and I hope to see him in a few months when I return. Next, the staff at the front desk were awesome too! They did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Super nice guys, and gals...Diana was great as well! I returned to Florida after an unexpected extended trip and realized I didn't have a new t-shirt I had bought that is very unique. I asked a friend to call and ask if a cleaner maybe found it and Diana (I called her Princess Diana) answered him over WhatsApp. She asked him to describe it and I sent him a picture of it that he passed on to her. Well, she said they had it!! I was so happy and just really glad that they kept it and gave it to my friend to send back to me in Florida. Thank you so much for being honest and holding on to that for me! The room was great for my needs. Having a kitchen to cook or reheat leftovers was awesome. There were ample kitchen utensils to us as well. The one thing that would really be great was if they had a microwave, and I'm sure it would cutback on the time the ladies spend cleaning pots/pans from guest reheating pizza and whatever else. The beds were comfortable, I just wish there was a TV in the living room/bar and kitchen area. The balcony was awesome as well, if you smoke, you can step outside instead of the long trip to the lobby and out on the street. Put a bottle out there with water in it and don't flick your cig. butt off the balcony.

The room looks a little bit old . Maybe it needs a renovation.

The privacy was so good. I stayed with my daughter and my mom and the extra bed was in the living room which makes more privacy for everyone.

The room was outdated. I only had one blanket and two pillows. There was a kitchen but very few utensils. No mug or cup for coffee / tea. The breakfast was very average

The property was well situated for the university. It was useful to have a mini kitchen and the view was good. I also liked the windows that opened. It was spacious.

Receptionist at check-in was pushy and confrontational. The swimming pool is extremely small and cold. Breakfast was acceptable but not exceptional in any way.

The location of the hotel is good between Praça da Liberdade and downtown.

The receiption need More training the black guy is not a thief is horrible only asking me where I am staying while white people next to me not been asked horrible mentality

Horrible bold receiption he charged me 40 real for having friend to visit me at 8 am at morning... If it was past 12 night i would understand as all hotels do. All other receiption were cool he ruined my stay... Even my local friends were surprised
