The room itself was fine, though a bit underwhelming.

The after hours access to the falls is priceless. The hotel itself is beautiful and charming. We especially enjoyed the heated pool and breakfast. We would stay again.

The shower in the accessible room really wasn’t suitable for a wheelchair user unable to stand. They had told me there was an accessible hotel shuttle bus but this turned out not to be suitable for a wheelchair user and involved a very difficult transfer out of my wheelchair.

Everything about it was so luxurious, just a different world from anything I’d experienced before. Being right there looking out over the waterfall was amazing. But everything was exceptional. The staff were welcoming, so attentive and really went out of their way to make everything perfect. Little touches like champagne, chocolates and little gifts were so special. And the food at both restaurants was sublime.

The stay was perfect, great service, facilities, location, etc. compliments to the staff of the hotel! However, one small thing worth mentioning is a boat trip to the Iguazu falls. The trip was facilitated by concierge office at the hotel for which we had to pay some extra fee but besides a short lift to the location of the boat service there were no further services proposed. Hence, fhere is no point to order a boat trip through the concierge office which charge extra fee for nothing.

The most I’ve ever spent on a hotel room, but consider it worthwhile because of the beautiful facilities and the location to the falls.

Perfect location! The falls are literally across the street with access to hotel guests before and after Park hours. Super clean and comfortable room. Incredible facilities—spa and restaurant—and great staff!

An excellent location for this hotel situated right opposite Iguassa Falls in Brazil. It is situated in a protected park with access by hotel transportation. A paradise within a natural setting. Amazing staff and great bar, restaurant and pool.

Absolutely nothing

No words for this hotel... Amazing location, being the first on the trail watching the falls before the crowds come and the last seeing the sunset when the crowd is gone. The staff is 200%. The room was top of the top with beautiful woodwork and decoration. And their restaurant should get a Michelin star. Highly highly highly recommended if you go to the Iguacu falls

We loved everything.

Absolutely everything. The perfect stay, luxurious with such attention to detail. The bonus of having the Falls to ourselves before the rest of the tourists arrived was unforgettable. We dined at Y which was superb and our waitress, Raquel, was warm and welcoming and made the whole experience a special and memorable one.
