Nothing because they said they're fully booked though our reservation was confirmed.

We have just arrived from a very long flight, though out reservation was confirmed, they claimed that after 11:00 p.m they "aren't able to accept reservations", I don't know what that means, but in order to avoid having to struggle in the cold at midnight to find an accommodation, though you had a confirmed one, avoid this unorganized property at all costs

Very safe neighbourhood

When u go out u have to leave the key at the reception and and when u come back the have to open the door for u.

The price was good and the location was great, I liked that there is a filter to refill your water bottle and the nice balcony to sit.

The WiFi just didn’t work, especially in the rooms. Also, I was pretty shocked when they told me I can’t stay at the hostel (in the common area in the balcony, when there is a lot of space) if I don’t pay, they said I can stay only until 2 pm and then I need to pay for a full night (even if I am not in the room! Just the common area), same things with your bags, they force you to take them or pay for a full night. That kinda bummed the experience as for the price I did enjoy the hostel

The location was perfect, i was in a 6 female bedroom but it was low season so I basically had the whole room for myself, the facilities are great. One of the receptionist was cool but I don't have their name🫠

The shower are warm not hot. Also, let's just say as a solo female traveler, I may not recommend it to you much...

The hostel is nice, in the center of Sao Paolo close to the subway. The staff and the volunteers were friendly and helpful.

The hostel is very, very tiny. The kitchen is super tiny, only one person at the time can cook, and the common areas don't have much space. It's good if you don't want to stay too much time.

The hostel is nice, clean, with a nice little area outside and comfortable beds. The staff is very friendly

It's very very tiny, the kitchen is a cubicle, there are not much space in the common areas, the cushions are not very comfortable.

It was too hot in the room. But I didn’t have high expectations because of the price.

Good location, good bathroom, the staff were lovely and they had a nice terrace. The beds were comfortable too and you were given lockers.

WiFi was weak in our room and the kitchen was a bit small but still very usable and clean.

It's a great cost benefit, it has an excellent location, I was super well served.

A cozy and accessible place with a fantastic and helpful crew. The area is surrounded by restaurants, bakeries, and is very close to Avenida Paulista and the subway.

The staff in the hostel are very helpful and kind . And the hostel it's very good clean 👌
