Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Wasnt really cozy, very loud from the outside, very tiny elevator.

Wifi connection unstable in the room (just in my phone, not in my laptop).
The team, absolutely amazing, nice and caring, who made everything to give me a good room, a lot of informations and provide me a better room with a good wifi connection. I want to thanks specifically in the front desk: Ademir, Joelna, Luis, and the cleaning team, Înes and Gabriel. All of them were so perfect and so nice to me, I felt really well in this hotel. Location is very good, less than 10 min to the Copacabana beach. Room was not really big, but clean and quiet even if the hotel is close to the main road. They clean the room every day. Breakfast is good even if it was every day the same, but you can have a fresh and tasty fruits.

There was only 1 hook to hang something. This was in the bathroom. For 4 persons it’s difficult to dry all the blankets. Also there was no space for the suitcases.
The location is perfect, only 5 blocks from the Beach and only 2 blocks to Macdonalds (very important for the kids). The beds were hard and small. Breakfast was perfect and the staff very helpful and polite.

It was all good
Great location really close to local bars and restaurants, Copacabana beach is 3 blocks ahead and Leme a few blocks down..if you adventurous you can bike ride to Urca and jump on the Cable cars to sugar loaf...the rooms are clean and comfortable, nothing fancy but very good for the price. The breakfast is pretty good with a variety of fresh local fruits, cakes and breads..wifi is good and the water in the shower is plenty and hot

There were no water in refrigirator. Room was very dark. Smal window for such a big room .Window also blinded with plastic you never know is sun up ..

Old small elevator..didn't ride cause I was scared of it..so I climbed the stairs..no big deal for me but it might be a problem for others I was on the 4th floor

The hotel is somewhat out dated with small rooms. It is a little expensive for what you get unless you find a deal..
