Clean and comfortable. Simple but very effective. Facilities are good and well taken care, just price could be a bit more affordable, other than that it’s a great place to overnight and go fresh to onward journey.

Noise. Walls are very thin so you hear other people’s movements and noise in the corridor. Not a problem for me as I use earphones to block out the noise, but could be an issue for others.

I understood it was with included bathroom and it was sharing. Guess it could be MORE explicit and clear when you are making the reservation.

It was at GRU terminal 2 and very easy access. Very helpful and supportive staff. bed and cleaningness were great!

You can hear noise sometimes, in the corridor next door, the air conditioner. It's hard to find, there are 2 of them and I was given wrong instructions.

The showers were fantastic! Powerful and clean! Its a simple basic bed for the night off the street. No frills. . If you are ok with this then its perfect

The bedoom was tiny (est 2.1m x 2.1m) and had no natural light. The bed could only be accessed from one side. The signage for the hotel is tucked away, so the hotel is difficult to find.

Conveniently situated in Sao Paulo airport. Convenient stopover before taking a connecting flight. Good bathroom facilities including shower

Only thing is the size of the room, we had our luggage with us so it was especially tight as not much space to move around but to sleep in the airport it’s perfect.

Great location in the airport as we had an early morning flight. Had everything we needed and very clean- even had air conditioning which was amazing. Staff were friendly and facilities good, we booked last minute and had a good experience.

Yes it’s a little bit hard to find, it’s one level below departures on the Eastern end of Terminal 2. Look for the “Hotel” signs and they will get you there. Unpromising on the outside, but fine as soon as you open the door to the reception area.

It is what it says. The room is tiny but the location is perfect for an early morning flight. The property is spotless. I had a room with shower—I think that most of the rooms do not and you would have to rely on one of the shared bathrooms.

Booking.com doesn't advise you that there's two hotels situated quite a distance apart and which one you are booked into. This led to a stressful search on my outward journey. I explained to Gabby on my return journey, and she walked me to the one in which I was booked. This was helpful. The rooms/cabins are extremely small, which makes navigating around luggage tricky. There was no bottle opener in reception despite offering bottled beer to buy. It was tough finding someone to help me open a bottle I'd bought.

Gabby (from Fast Suites) was very helpful walking me to the other hotel. The check-in was smooth with lovely staff on reception. The room was very clean. The location for a hotel is excellent, right inside the terminal building. Especially if you fly in to and out of terminal 2, which I did.

Too hard to find - a better on line map needed! Rooms were tiny but very comfortable and cool and quiet.

There are two separate hotels at Terminal 2 and both are quite hard to find. It's an easy 5/10 minute walk from International arrivals though.

At the airport, very comfortable bed, new crisp sheets, shower was very good. Room is very small but it’s perfect for a missed flight stay. Recommend if you have to spend a night at GRU
