Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Good location for visiting Expo Norte. Overall clean and with the renovation of the entrance and reception area it looks much better.

BrazilNo windows in the room. Just 1 elevator for the whole building. The parking facility was rather small and as such not easy to park or get out of a parking lot. Internet not very quick.
Breakfast was rather good, even though the restaurant was rather small for so many people. Own parking facilities.

BrazilWe stayed in a triple room, and there is no door between the bedroom and bathroom! You can't tell in the photos, but definitely something to bear in mind. We wanted to have dinner in the restaurant, but it's only room service which isn't ideal when there is only one chair.
The bed was comfy, and breakfast good. The staff were friendly, and everything was very clean. We ordered food one evening which was tasty. If you're going to Expo Center Norte, it's super close

United KingdomThe rooms were like a hostel, the walls were paper thin and all noise resonated through the corridor. If you a light sleeper, not for you. Also if you have an issue the staff just say don’t speak English.

BrazilAir conditioning wasn't working properly for the first 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed. Lights kept flickering randomly. Also, wifi was terrible! I could barely watch a single streaming on my portable device. Breakfast was ok, but lacking in diversity, it was mostly a bunch of different kinds of bakery bread.
Cleaning crew was great. The rest of the staff was agreeable. I was glad we could leave our baggage at the hotel for the entire day after checkout, since we would still have to wait a long time to go to the airport.
