    The hotel is very well located, near the beautiful Ponta Negra beach and various amenities. The best samba bars of Natal are max. 2 km away from the hotel, easily reacheable by taxi. Some good restaurants are a walking distance, also an artesanal shop and laundry service. The Ocean panorama view from the large room was indeed spectacular, the higher floor the better. Courtesy water was available upon entering the room. Breakfast is only slightly above average, but was fabulous, again, was the Atlantic Ocean view which you can enjoy while having breakfast. TV worked from the beginning, which is not often the case, and had choice of news in Portuguese and Spanish. The hotel by the reception has a stall with personnel which offers various daily excursions from Natal city – I was not interested, but it is always good to have such offers. Wake up calls requests were duly executed by the reception staff.

    While the beautiful Ponta Negra beach is hardly 100 away down the hill, the return to the hotel implies a very important steep climb uphill, which prompted me to take a taxi. The pool water is shallow but overall it’s a decent swimming pool. The wardrobe was misfunctioning upon arrival, but was quickly fixed upon complaint. The bedside reading lights were so poor that they were hardly of any use unless other lights were on at the same time.

    Pool closed for two consecutive days. Lighting in bedroom not good especially bedside

    Breakfast and location

    Towels were really old and scratchy.

    The view was very nice, and the place was clean and confortable

    It had some details not good, like the bathroom’s can trash was broken, the sheets always come out of the ma mattress

    The Breakfast was excellent

    The room smelled and the sheets were so thin you could see the mattress, the pillows were stained. The hotel claims to be 4 stars but is more like 2. I booked for 3 nights and left after 1, and found another hotel. Stilled paid for 3 nights.

    I think location is great but going to the sea a problem due to the road without pedestrian crossings

    The location, the room size and view, the laundry service, the cleanliness

    Unfortunately the staff could not speak English (except 1 or 2) and the breakfast could have more variations.
