Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ArgentinaCleaning of public bathrooms was not good, it should be improved. One of the pools were closed due to maintenance. The Poseidon restaurant (barbecue close to the beach) was not good, the quality of the cow meet is very poor. Transportation to the beach (located about to 3 blocks from the hotel) was not good. The place where you wait for the bus should be cleaned (the one close to the beach).
The dinner restaurants were excellent (the Steakhouse and the Japanese (sushi), both with rodizio service). Breakfast, lunch and dinner at the main buffet were good as well (sometimes it was a bit hot, but better than several caribbean buffet restaurants). The Poseidon restaurant (close to the beach) was not what I expected. The cow meet has a very poor quality and additionally it was not well cocked (it was prepared in a barbeque but not well done). Bars are all ok. The beach is at about 3 blocks from the hotel (or more, depending where your room is). There is a bus which takes you to the beach, but sometimes you need to wait it for a long time. The room was comfortable, the minibar works ok and it was refilled every day (4 sodas -coke-, water cans and 2 Amstel cans. Cleaning room was ok. Cleaning of public bathrooms was not good, it should be improved. Pools are all together in the middle of the hotel, and they are huge. One of them was closed due to maintenance (it was not informed when we made the reservations).

ArgentinaThe fact that the pool bar lacks at least one more person to serve the drinks for the customers. There were times where only two people weren't enough to provide attention quicker considering how crowded the place was. Also, during the check-in, the receptionist offered us a complimentary champagne bottle because we were spending our honeymoon there and this bottle we never received it.
I loved the food offering in the entire building. The buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner was amazing with different types of food and beverages. The pools are really nice and the bar in the main pool is really convenient if you want to have a drink while having a swim.

South KoreaThe room didn't seem like a 5-star hotel at all. We had issues with the bathroom. Although all the issues were fixed, some of them, we had to wait 4-5 days to get them fixed. We couldn't drink anything other than water because the ants would come in no time. The great thing, though, was that We made all the complaints, and the concierge was keeping up with us to see that everything got fixed. Food. Lunch and dinner were fine. Breakfast... we were a little disappointed to see that they had no egg/omelet station (fried eggs and omelets were all pre-made, so they were not that fresh, and a little bit cold). Same would be with pancakes. They don't have a waffle station. So, all the waffles and pancakes are pre-made and they tasted dry and hard.
The people were nice. The pool excellent. Very clean and warm. It was a shame that the beach was a little far, but we enjoyed the walk more than the bus ride (the bridge is a little scary at the beginning, but get used to it in no time) The most remarkable thing was how attentive the concierge was.

ArgentinaIf you are traveling with kids you expect more facilites to keep them entertained - specially in hours where it’s too hot for them to be at the pool/beach. The kids club has only 1 slider and no games/toys whatsoever. Something worth calling out is that you can only make 1 restaurant reservation for every 3 nights. This is different to other Palladiums where you can go to restaurants as many times as you want. This means that most days you end up eating at the buffet- which is really good but if you are staying long (we stayed 11 nights) it gets boring as that’s also the main place for breakfast and lunch.
The hotel facilities are very good. In comparison with other Palladium Resorts it can use some modernization but in general it’s a very nice hotel. The pool is great, super spacious - even with the hotel at full capacity it never looks packed. The quality of the food and drinks is remarkable The room was very comfortable for 4 people. The evening shows for kids were really good. Even though they are in Portuguese, they manage to get children’s attention and they can participate in several.

SingaporeBeware if you are with elderly and kids that there will be lots of walking and stairs. The restaurants were ok but didn’t have as many traditional local foods and fruits as I expected, which is a pity. The desserts were mostly terrible. The bar is good but always crowded. The beach also takes quite a bit of walking. Most of the guests are latin americans and not local Brazilians, so the staff is constantly switching between Spanish and Portuguese during the activities. They also give special privileges to people that used Booking.com which was a bit strange for the others who didn’t. Given the price tag, I expected much more to be honest.
The rooms are very spacious and the pools are incredible (even though the water is a bit cold). The entertainment staff was probably the highlight.
