The breakfast was outstanding. Delicious and the service was excellent. Mario and Fernando were attentive and helpful. The venue was always clean and the food was well prepared. The portions were satisfying. The location was ideal about 8 minutes walk to the Mackenzie Presbyterian University and lots of local restaurants within walking distance. Great hotel.

I was expecting the standard breakfast system and menu, with some options as selfservice and what I got was a menu, with some options paid apart. It was a bit frustrating, but everything else was great

lighting in the room is very bad. just one source by the headboard, uncomfortable to light on and off (besides one table lamp). bathroom amenities are very limited, missing an important item as a cap shower. water in the sink of the bathroom is quite annoying, for it releases short jats, and you have to keep pushing it.

breakfast was good. nevertheless limited, in amount, since you are allowed to choose ‘combos’, in small portions. it is not a buffet. you can not drink as much coffee as you wish. just one cup. beds and bedsheets are quite comfortable. bathroom is very large and comfortable. staff was very kind with the allowance of a late check out without a fee.

All of the staff were friendly and welcoming even though they all didn’t speak English! And we don’t speak Portuguese!! Every one was helpful and cheerful.

The room wasn't sound-proof; I could hear the street noise through the window, and very clearly hear the hallway noise through the door. The faucet in the bathroom sink is annoying: you have to press it down and it pours water for about 10 seconds and then you have to press it down again for another 10 seconds of water. I understand this design for a public bathroom but a hotel bathroom should have a normal faucet. Also, it only had cold water. Lastly, the hotel receptionists barely speak English; given that barely anyone speaks English in Sao Paulo, it would be nice for the hotel staff to speak some English to give the hotel guests some local suggestions.

Friendly staff. The room was clean; the bed was comfortable. Hot water in the shower The A/C worked well in the heat of summer. The room came with a safe and a mini-fridge. The breakfast was surprisingly good: various options of eggs, yogurt, jam, bread, coffee, and pastry.

The staff is extremely kind. The space is very clean and the location is convenient. You do need to plan on eating out, the kitchen is for refreshments. But I think that’s advertised.

Breakfast was a bit simpler and smaller than other hotels in SP but reasonable given the lower price of this hotel. You may need to take Ubers to get around because the doorman advised us it was not very safe to be waiting or walking on the street outside at night.

Very comfortable room. Hotel staff were extremely nice and very helpful when answering our questions. Great stay for the price!

I didn’t expect to be in a small room when I booked Suite King Size luxe. Too much expensive for same space

Good place to stay in São Paulo. Clean, Staff Friendly. Suite king size luxo: same as the others rooms only difference is the bed size.

Beautifully renovated rooms. Very spacious. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast was small, but sufficient. Better than most hotels I already stayed in Sao Paulo. Reasonable price and good location in Higienópolis.

The shower wasn’t great … we managed to get hot water but only the small shower was working properly not the main one.

No biggie, but the rooms could have a small closet or space for hanging clothes.

Location is great, facilities are brand new, super clean, bed is very comfy, staff is present and polite. All in all, excellent value for money.

Emergency light flashing all night, old aircon and had to pay for parking.

Great upgraded hotel in a good location (walk distance to Mackenzie Uni and Veridiana pizzaria - one of the best in Sao Paulo). The aircon need updating - too big for the room and too noisy. The emergency light is annoying to sleep Staff is great and unfortunately, you need to pay for parking. Overall, a great experience.

The room for the price amazing. Breakfast a little on the light side with choices, but still okay. Showers amazing.. staff speaks English major plus for me. I will be back in September
