I had the most amazing stay at Hostel do Céu. This place has beautiful, welcoming energy. Everything is clean and tidy, well equipped communal kitchens (I particularly enjoyed using the outdoor kitchen), free filtered tap water, and coffee in the mornings. The double room was comfortable, and it had its own little veranda with hammock to relax. The property is incredibly beautiful, leafy gardens, humming birds, butterflies, a nice pool area in the centre, and many cute kitties to play with. The location is unbeatable with only a few minutes' walk to the main street and main beach but still being well tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The other guests were a mix of all ages and all walks of life. The hostel is very social and organises various events. All in all, I loved it there and can't wait to come back!

Nothing to dislike

Hostel do Céu in Pipa is a slice of paradise! Just 200 meters from Central Beach, it offers lush green surroundings, a pool, hammocks, and a friendly, welcoming vibe. The dorms are clean and comfortable, with hot showers, and the private suites with ocean views look amazing. The staff are super helpful, and the communal spaces, including a well-equipped kitchen, make it easy to relax and connect with fellow travelers. Most people I met there were basically living there, and some of them acted like they own the place and treated me like an intruder, especially one Dutch girl in my dorm who stayed there for a while apparently and made me feel very unwelcome most of the time. So it was hard meeting fellow travelers/backpackers.

Overall the stay was ok, the location was good, the facilities were good and the common areas were really good. The lady from the reception was nice.

The pool could be a little more clean but overall very okay to swim in it ! Really nothing to say it was perfect !

It was really beauty, lots of space s round the pool, kitchen, outdoor kitchen and dinning room. So you can be with everyone but also can find a spot to be alone if you need it. The staff is so kind and nice. The facilities are clean. The pool is very nice as well to lay around.

Great experience. We stay in a private room. It was so cute. Very clean and tidy. Amazing atmosphere. It so calm and breezy. The staff was so friendly. They really take great care of the place, there is always someone taking care of the garden. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a calm chill place to stay while you visit pipa.

This hostel is really mellow. It's in a residential area and there are noise restrictions so it's not a party hostel. There's a pool, good wifi, great hangout areas, equipped kitchen, and great staff. It's close to the main area of pipa. Short walk to great beaches.

The very only thing I can remember is that sometimes the fans in the rooms didn't feel like enough to beat the heat - nothing huge, though. Other than that, nothing else to add.

Wonderful experience! The hostel is at the heart of Pipa, 200m away from the buzz but off the path enough to give you all the tranquility you need. Besides, the guys working there are awesome (thanks Pablo, Jubi!) and the atmosphere is fantastic, I was able to meet some amazing people during my stay and have great moments over there!

Electricity failed a few times but they fixed it. Unfortunately during the night loud because of the neighbors so that we woke up every night. Maybe the rooms around the pools are better :)

The dorm is small and cramped with no curtains etc. the sheets in my dorm bed were also dirty (pictured). I upgraded to a private (for not much more) immediately. The big thing I didn't like is the noise, on two out three of the nights I stayed, people gathered in the social area (right outside the rooms) past 4am playing guitars and singing, even when we asked them to stop - cool if you're on a night out, less cool if you have a 5am bus. Not the hostel's fault but a curfew on the social area is pretty normal in most hostels in Brazil. Sleep is good!

The hostel is set in lovely grounds, the pool is perfect, the staff - especially the Argentine guy on the front desk - are fantastic. Such a nice guy. It's good value. It would be great if the hostel could create a WhatsApp as it's hard to meet solo travellers if you're not in a Digital Nomad : Argentine / Brazilian.

When I booked the room I didn’t see that there were no window shields. So it was very loud (people next to the pool area partying until 1:30am / you hear everything your neighbors do, a bar behind the house playing music & in the morning the music at the pool before 8am). Additional to that, many mosquitos flew in and there was no net for protection. I moved out after one night. They wrote me on WhatsApp I get back 45% of my money for the remaining days I booked when I cancel on booking. After cancelling they said it wasn’t possible and I already wasted a week on texting with them. So annoying.
