its a good location. its not an excellent hotel but it is quite good in compariosn with most options. The price quality is nice. Dont expect much from the pool, its very small. The breakfast is very good. The workers are all very friendly and ready to assist you.

All as expected. We extended our stay by one day. Very nice bar in the park, right across the road from the hotel. Short Uber / Taxi ride to Ver-o-peso, Estacao das docas, Shopping and other destinations.

Extremely outdated property. There is also a significant issue with the ventilation, and the room was wet the entire time (from the steam in the bathroom, and humidity in general I guess). Literally the sheets were damp as were all of our possessions - even with the AC on. It was pretty gross. Definitely below expectation given the price.

The breakfast was amazing; the other reviews are accurate! Location was good and walkable. Felt safe and secure. The staff members were friendly.

Belem is a once wealthy city that has fallen into decline. Gorgeous architecture everywhere you look, but often covered in graffiti and mildew. This hotel has the same vibe. Once a Hilton hotel that must have been the epitome of elegance and modernity, the hotel has sadly fallen into decline and needs serious attention. It feels dated and the rooms need a refresh. Our first room didn't have a safe and considering the high crime rate in the city, room safes are a requirement for us and as such, the staff moved us to a room with a safe. The mattress was springy and the balcony door was hard to close. The bathroom had a mild odor of urine. The interior of the entry door to the room and bathroom door were both pretty beat up. Gym was only partially open. Staff not the friendliest. Some were great, others couldn't crack a smile or say a good morning when spoken to. Still, a great value and I would stay here again.

Location is excellent, directly across the street from the Theater of Peace and the beautiful Republic Park. Excellent breakfast. Lovely pool with huge sun deck. Elevators are large and frequent with short wait times. Balconies and city views are lovely. Bidets are a nice touch. Despite the dated feel and clear need of a renovation, the hotel is an excellent value and I would stay here again. Belem is an incredible food city and that reason alone is enough to visit, but the cultural attractions are jaw dropping too. I enjoyed my time in the city.

Internet connectivity at night bit poor. Restaurant staff was also Friendly and helpful but unfortunately didn't speak and understand English. Only one Tv channel. Gym equipment only for leg training

This hotel is centrally located opposite the Praça da Republica. Our room was large and spacious - according to description - and well equipped. Good soundproofing inside and outside. Large bathroom with good shower and high quality towels. Comfortable bed with good quality bedding. Good lighting. Everything very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast! Strong WiFi throughout the hotel. I will return to this hotel when I am back to Belém next week.

Room wasn’t always resupplied completely. Floor mat in bathroom and coffee supplies were not always refreshed. Areas that needed to be cleaned were sometimes missed.

Location is great. Comfortable rooms. Great breakfast.
