- The rooms were extremely cold without any heating system - Very loud music from the rooftop, the windows were vibrating, lasted till 5AM drunk people singing at the closing. Could not sleep on thursday night. If you are going there to party I guess it won’t be bothersome but if you go for a tour expect not to sleep on the weekends. - We would leave the room at 6AM and come back at 5PM and the room would not be cleaned, we put the sign once and it was put back in our room but without cleaning it we had to call to make it happen

The floor in the hall way has some vinilic layers elevated what is boring.

There is a good restaurant and room service, It is comfortable and has a good benefits-cost relation.

Some maintenance details like vinil floor at corridor and some furniture old fashioned. And seems me tiny in comparison other option with the same price.

The location and the restaurant. The fact of there is a restaurant inside the building make easier even if you arriving late. Cause they have room service available 24h too.

The hotel is in general pretty run down and needs a refurbishment. The rooms are also pretty small and have no real storage options, which is not handy for longer stays,

Hotel is well located and close to the Jardins shopping area. Breakfast is good and staff is friendly and helpful. For the price we paid, the value was fair.

This is rather nitpicky, but I think the water faucet on the bathroom sink needs to be updated. Currently, the water would splash out of the sink when turned on even just a bit. So be warned!

The room was very small: there was barely space to host the 2 suitcases and we had to take turns on who was moving. The rooms facing the main road can be noisy (especially if the window doesn't close well...). Furniture were a bit run down

Fantastically positioned hotel, in the very heart of SP, less than 1 min away from the Oscar Freire metro station. Also a good breakfast, with many options of good quality. All this at a very competitive price.

The guy that was at the reception when I got at the hotel to get checked in wasn’t the most happy and helpful person.

I can 100% assure that the location and the guys that help with the luggage are the best part of the hotel. The breakfast is very good too. But I found the room and bathroom a little smaller than what I imagined.

The drain was covered with a metal that you could slice which was a bit sharp ! It was forgotten to provide soup once ! It was removed our blankets and I had to call reception to have one ! But all these issues were solved promptly after talking to the receptionist which was lovely.

The location was great ! Lovely breakfast and the room was quiet! Our room was always clean on time. It was provided an iron table upon our request .

Inside the room, it feels like its furnished by ikea. However if you are in brazil to stay in your hotel then you should stay in the rosewood. But if your like me, and like dinning out going to bars, shopping, going to art exhibits and you spend your time outside the hotel than wz is a great find.

I have stayed here 6 times. I have also convinced my friends to stay here as well. There is a nice breakfast buffet every day. Its in a safe neighborhood, that has a lot of boutique shopping, restaurants, and cool bars. There is a small club on the top floor, but when its open to the public its busy. The club does have a cover charge most of it can be used for drinks. If you are like me and need a firm bed its perfect.

Soundproofing was not perfect, we woke up to the noise from the hallway. Rooftop bar was closed during our full stay even though it was advertised for us.

Breakfast was very good. Big and clean room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent location.
