The location was amazing, we had an oceanfront room, which was surprisingly quiet as there was a lot of activity around the main pool area…depending on what type of vacation you want, I would definitely recommend asking which building you’re in.

The beach itself is not suited for snorkeling. Regarding smoking, we were exposed to it in too many places. By the theater, the pool areas, and the beach. Iberostar should make the entire area smoke free.

Very friendly staff and extremely professional. Very clean room and facilities. Great activities for family and friends. Fast check-in and check-out. Variety of food options and drinks.

Hot water temperature in our bathroom was very low, and the ventilator did not work. None of these two requests were solved during our stay. No elevator, so third floor could be a problem for some. The buffet (breakfast, lunch) could be a bit monotonous.

The beach front hotel room was very good, quiet and far from the pools. The room was air conditioned and included a fan. A bit far from the lobby, but this was expected considering the size of the Resort. The beach is pristine, the ocean water warm and the waves wonderful for surfing or just playing with. The Prestige Area is where we spent most of our time, it is well worth the extra cost, service and drinks are top notch. The Dinner Reservation Restaurants are all worth mentioning, very good food and service.

They could have cleaned and tidied up the area all along by the front towards the beach. There were often bits of rubbish there and things looked a little messy. The beach furniture was also tired looking.

Pool, room and beach were all fab. So was the food.

The restaurant by the beach could not be booked for dinner, as it was already fully booked every night of our stay. The hotel should have stricter policies against people reserving chairs by the pool with towels etc.

Our daughter loved the Kids Club! Overall we really loved every minute of our stay and can totally recommend it.

The ocean was very rough (probably the dates we were there)

The location was very peaceful and calm. Beautiful gardens, the distribution of the different areas of the Hotel are very good and you can easily find everything. We took our three daughters 3, 8, and 9. They loved the kids club where they spent a couple of hours a day playing, swimming, exercising, acting, cooking (pizzas) they even take them to eat and many different activities more like the daily show. Our daughters would rather go to the club instead of hanging out with us; Lol! but they were having a blast with kids their age. The people in charge of the kids club were very friendly, responsible and organized. The food in general is very good and varied; buffet, Asian, Italian, Mediterranean and fast food. We went a couple of times to the Prestige area by the beach and boy was it worth it, top brands of liquor and spirits. The service was superb, here is where we met Valeria she made us feel like VIP customers, very friendly, professional and fun! Overall the hotel, rooms, activities, restaurants, bars are a solid 9. I don’t give my stay a 10/10 because of the beach. The ocean was very rough those days. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will come back.

Everything was amazing. Perhaps some more veggie options would be nice in the restaurants that's my only suggestion.

The resort was exceptional, we had the most magical time as it was Christmas. The hotel facilities were excellent, everywhere was spotlessly clean and plenty of choice always with food and drinks.

The only comment to make here is that there should be a fix station with Bahiana culinary in the main restaurant as Coqueiro was closed - we did expect to eat more of it.

The hotel is amazing! All the decor is beautifully done in the Spanish style of old faciendas and give a great vibe to the place. The hotel staff is fantastic, always smiling and ready to help in whatever needed - special compliments to Wesley and his delicious caipirinhas in the calm pool! Will was also a dear! The food in general was quite good in the main restaurante and at Sakura - chef Rodrigo did a great job in the grill and the sushis were perfect. All in all it was a great stay!
