The area is not so good, there are some hotels around but nothing elso to go around.

The hotel is near the airport and it has tranfer for an small extra cost. Breakfast starts really early which is great

We had a family room. As standard you get 2 duvets then extra blankets for the other 2 beds. Seems a bit crazy, just put duvets in for all 4 beds.

Close to Guarulhos airport with transfer available. Had everything we needed for an overnight stay before our flight back to Europe

The hotel is on the path of many flights, and the planes fly really low and close to the hotel. So the noise was quite strong even though I stayed on the first floor. But the hotel is 15 minutes away from the airport, so it's to be expected.

Good breakfast, good location if you need to be close to the airport to catch an early flight. The room was clean and comfortable.

We had a reservation for three and there were only two comforters in the room. We asked for another and we were given a very thin blanket. The shuttle from the airport took forever and there was no signage anywhere as to where to wait for it. I had to call the hotel to try and understand it. And then for the shuttle from the hotel to the airport the next morning, they charge for it (info not listed when booking) and it was all full, we had to get uber rides.

I was surprised to hear that the hotel shuttle van from and to the airport was a paid service. Most hotels offer that for free.

We were very surprised to have duvets for only 2 of the 4 beds. We had to have multiple discussions with the staff who did not speak English. In the end they gave us another room which was setup the same so we took the duvets from both rooms and slept in one of them. I still don’t understand why the rooms are setup that way when the reservation is for 4 people and temperature is 13C.

From the map, we had the impression that the hotel is near the airport. However, you only get to the airport from the highway. The shuttle is often full.

Usually in this chain the rooms are more comfortable. Here the room is very small (it was difficult even to place a suitcase). And there was no hair dryer, it is inconvenient.

The breakfast in the restaurant was very good. The rest, in my opinion, was too simple.

Van was not as on time as advertised by the hotel. It was a bit too pricey considering it’s a 2-star hotel and the room was quite cramped. The lack of a closet was a bit inconvenient.

Location close to the airport was very useful, the dinner buffet had a variety of options and the hotel was really clean.

Small room, but then it is a budget hotel, one cant expect all the modern features and conviences they provide and have large rooms.

Convenient location, cheap shuttle to airport , large buffet breakfast included, luggage lockers while you wait, secure rooms with lifts unlocked with your key tag, modern and clean facility - rooms and common area, aircon in bedroom, towels in bathroom with soap and shampoo, free wifi. Excellent value.

The shower door was broken the breakfast wasn’t great, plates were left on tables and I felt they could’ve done more

It was big also they had lockers for suitcases and toilets outside of the room which was helpful. I also liked that there were chargers to charge my phone.
