Good location very close to Tietê bus station — only 30 meters away. Nice rooms. Very good breakfast. However, the rooms have very poor soundproofing; I could hear everything being said in the neighboring room. The bed linen was a bit worn. Cleaning could be better. The staff did their job but didn’t go the extra mile.

I had a problem at check-in. I was given the key to a room and when I opened the door I found a man in underwear sitting on the bed. I was given another room that suit my expectations. I would like to suggest that the funghi risotto decreases the amount of salt used in its preparation. I

The room was of good size, the Internet signal was good and the breakfast had a good selection of fruits and all possible item eaten for breakfast. The location was good in terms of proximity of the meeting facilities but one needs to depend on the hotel security to call for taxis as the outside was considered not safe.

I like that it was close to the bus terminal Tietê, just few minutes walk. It has access to a fast food store through the hotel. It has a play area for my kids. Finally, as I was just by myself with two kids, the staff helped me pushing my luggage to get to the bus terminal. He was very kind and helpful.

the location is a plus due to accessibility but also a con due to how dangerous it looks. lots of homeless people and suspecious movements around. arriving with luggage and cell phone calls way too much attention. careful!

I like how practical this hotel is. right at the intersection between metro and bus; easy to get to a Uber. The breakfast was really good and the staff very friendly.

The shower place is very small and the shower itself the water runs really slow, no pressure and the holes are blocked.

A more logical outlay of the room (sink in the bathroom where it belongs). English speaking receptionists.

The hotel is in a convenient (but shady) place, if you arrive by bus, as it is across the main long-haul bus station. There is a direct metro line to the center, too, from there. The hotel itself is built in the same "illogical" concept of Ibis Styles, where the sink is in the room, separately from the bathroom where there is only a toilet and the shower with no possiblity to wash hands after being on toilet. The staff is helpful, although most of them in complete lack of English or any other language than Portugese, even at the reception. Adjacent to the hotel, at the back door, there is a food court with nice choices (practical as it is not too advisable to walk around at all in that neigborhood).

It took 20 minutes for the receptionist to do the chek-in; he said that the system was complex. Quite ridiculous for such an important hotel chain. Also, there were no hand towels.

It's super close to the main bus and tube station. It's also clean and quiet. Staff were very nice and helpful.

The hotel itself is very dated and in need of renovation. The rooms were very small as well. It did the job for us of being next to the bus station but would not stay again. The area is quite dangerous.

-We needed somewhere close to stay for the bus station the following morning and it was perfect. -Staff were helpful with a late check in.
