The wifi was not strong. It was strong on reception but it was weak on my room or 2nd floor.

The location was good, safe area and not far to get shuttle bus on the main avenue. The staff were nice and helpful.

Lockers very nosy. They don't remove the rubbish from bedroom. Girls in my bedroom disrespectful - talked all night. Bathroom dirty all the time. Shower doesn't have hot water.

The dorms are kind of small, not much space for your stuff. Also the common area ist mot very big and you don’t get the typical hostel vibe

Security: The main door was open a lot of times with nobody from stuff close by to monitor incoming people. Also 50% of the lockers in the room are broken. Beside that, nobody in the hostel was socializing. They have a nice hangout area but everyone there was just on laptop / phone. Also would suggest that the stuff might want to speak English.

Hostel is in nice location with easy connection wherever you wanna go. Hostel is also very clean and has women bathroom separated. Just had a short stay so didn't try the kitchen but looked good too.

It was absolutely freezing cold here, same temperature inside in the whole hostel as outside. There's no front door, just a sort of a gate to the street. The room had an ac and it was heating the room at 30 degrees but had no effect. Can imagine it also gets very hot when the weather is warm The bathrooms had no space to put your stuff on, was a bit annoying when showering since the showers were also just little cubicles. Water was kind of warm but not really Since we don't speak Portuguese it was very hard to communicate with the staff as none of them spoke English. They were very friendly and eventually we got everything sorted with google translator

Charged me half the cost of the room to check in early - never seen that before. No common area or kitchen - they converted it to a small coffee shop, so no atmosphere at all. Lockers are extremely loud and beds very uncomfortable.

The bathroom fan downstairs is super loud, it's hard to stay there for more than 5 mins. There are also too few bathrooms for the capacity of the hostel.

Hostel is in one of the nicest areas of the city, lots of nice restaurants nearby.

Small Hostel in a great location, minutes from bars cafes and restaurants in São Paulo and close to the metro station. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Beds were comfy. Nice communal work space
