We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Im fascinated with the hotel service. My room was so amazing with perfect view. The staffs were so good but keep in mind not all of them speaks English. The breakfast was average. I would like to thanks them for their amazing support when i forgot my other phone at hotel. They responded immediately and save it till i receive it

Great Location (and located right next to a major shopping mall with excellent restaurants). The room was very clean and serviced daily. The breakfast is very Brazilian (i.e., heavy on breads and cakes, but also included fruits, cheese, ham, meats, and eggs. The staff was very friendly and most helpful.

Convenient location, staff was polite and room very big and comfortable. Breakfast was great!

Hotel is centrally located, with many shops near by. Staff is very friendly and helpful. In general, room as clear and comfortable. Only negative were the drain flies in the bathroom. This is not uncommon in tropical warm weather locations.
