Great hotel! Staff was very friendly and professional. Many spoke English which was a bonus for us. Food was great and the level of service was excellent. This is a high end hotel in the city similar to the aesthetic of a Kimpton or modern boutique luxury hotel. I would expect to pay $500/night for a property like this in most places in the US. Easily walkable to the oldtown colonial market area. Plenty of great eating options in close proximity. Great little super mercado a short walk up the road. Definitely would stay here again.

Amazing hotel, designed high end rooms really pretty and everything so clean and aesthetic, bed was so comfortable and sheets so soft, the staff was welcoming and nice. Breakfast was really fresh and good.

Everything was great.

The Hotel seems like it's brand new. It has a super high-end design with great facilities. Live music every night in the chic lobby with cocktails. A stunning rooftop pool area and bar with great service, and an amazing breakfast! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Love this place!

Although we had a wonderful room we felt that the room itself was a bit small for being an upgraded room in a 5 star property.

The location and the view of the sea ideal. Check in staff extremely nice and accommodating in every way and remained so during our entire stay. All spoke perfect English. Especially the concierge Felipe who is very service minded and was able to arrange a two day sightseeing tour with a local operator. He responded to all emails in a highly professional manner and usually within hours of sending one. The pool area is wonderful and modern. The view while swimming in the infinity pool is spectacular. We had dinner and drinks served at the pool and service and quality of food were very high. The ambiance more so. The buffet breakfast is extensive, attentive staff and of high quality with fresh food items.

It's a bit pricey. The restaurant dinner menu is very limited.

The hotel is beautiful, my room was nice and big and breakfast was amazing, so many options. The staff were lovely and so helpful. It really helped that the reception staff and concierge spoke English because my Portuguese is very poor.

Absolutely everything. Impeccable service, fantastic infrastructure and really friendly staff. Breakfast and rooftop were second to none. Big shout out to Everton, all the reception crew, and the Argentinian bellman that went above and beyond to make our stay extremely pleasant

The shampoo in my bathroom wasn't refilled and I didn't get shower gel everyday.

The whole stay was amazing- from the welcome drink at the front desk till the end of my stay. The breakfast was great. The gym was proper equipped, the rooftop swimming pool was fabulous.

Unfortunately, the options on the restaurant menu were not as broad.

The hotel was very well located, with great access to the main places on the island. I also had a privileged view of the fireworks for New Year's Eve and during the period we were in the hotel, the service was great, with a clear dedication to comfort and friendliness with guests.
