Unfortunally the one of the elevators were not working and it was taking a long time to get the elevator in the floor. The lights in the room had different colors which was a bit strange. It would be nice to have some more utensils in the kitchen.

The location of the hotel is super good. It is very close to the Paulista Avenue, and in a safe neighborhood. The building also has a nice view in the top of the building where the swimming pool is located.

My bed was old !!! It need to improve sheets and pillows!!! Also need glasses and silverware!( I ordered food because was too much rain )

Location is good !! Two blocks away from paulista av !! There is a supermarket at the corner of!!! There’s also a restaurant attached to the hotel with good food and good prices !!! There’s a big room , flat style With kitchen and a living room !!!

The internet was really bad, I had to walk to the corredor to be able to have Wi-Fi. If you have to work and need internet make sure to mentioned a better quality internet.

There was water leaking from our shower. When you took a bath, the water leaked from the bath to the bathroom floor, leaving the bathroom mat soaked. To be honest, we didn’t complain about it. I can only imagine that they would find another room for us.

It is close to Avenida Paulista and the subway station, the room was comfortable, a good value for the price I payed.

The rooms are a little spare, and don't have filtered water - you need to go downstairs for that.

This is a great place to stay if you need a quiet base in SP - the little rooftop pool and gym are usually free, there's a washing machine in the basement. A safe and quiet location, walkable to Ibirapuera Park and Ave Paulista shops. Good room cleaning service every day.

Lots of noise at night from the road outside. Breakfast was poor. Apartment furnishings are very dated.

There is a kitchen in the room but no pans were provided, so we couldn't cook anything. The gym is pretty small, and there is no space to place your mat for stretching

The staff was very friendly. The room was cozy, with plenty of space in the living room. Washroom was very clean and had all the amenities we needed

The bedding conditions are very poor Mattress was uncomfortable, there was one very thin pillow per bed and only one thin throw per bed. No comforter and no extra blankets. It’s just as shown in the pictures

Apartment has No internet in year 2023, If you need internet then not a good place to stay. If I knew before that there is no internet then won't stay. Booking was saying has a internet but speed is equal to nothing. Apartment is little outdated.
